Marcaus was amazed, first time to see a 14 with a sim, since all 14 pros in the US are e-sim! Marcaus and the team was able to activate my nephew's Verizon prepaid sim card and load the $45! It's possible guys! Thank you Verizon Sandusky!
Terrible.customer service was a joke.didn't want to actually help at all.just told me to call customer service 1-800 number.
Had an appointment to pick up a new phone iPhone ProMax 14 they confirm the appointment phone was ordered 2 weeks before I got there. There was no phone they didn't bother to cancel my appointment or inform me of that. Not good customer service
We were placed in a que. I was next up. But 3 other people came in and got service. I was quoted if i took the prenium unlimited plan i would get 800 for my phone. But for a new phone my bill would br 248. Declined. When i kept unlimited my phone was worth only 400. I had a quote before this my phone was worth 800 regardless of what plan i had. I think verizon especially cooperate store want u to have all the bell ans whistles but when u are on a fixed income. Every dollar amount counts. If i didn't have an agreement to pay a phone off till next year. I sure and the hell go to atand t. My boyfriend left verizon because of mix up and attitude of that manager. He left. Verizon. It has been documented.
Absolutely terrible service. Attempted to upgrade my boyfriends phone and add a line to his service, the lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing and didn’t even attempt to help or answer questions. Would recommend the one on Perkins Ave instead.

The business person for this store doesn't know what she is doing! Cost me thousands of dollars! I will never refer them to anyone. Verizon has gone downhill big time!
The service it’s self is terrible. I shouldn’t be paying for service that is anything like sprint I thought Verizon was top notch? Come on get your act together and make your customers happy. I already see customers unsatisfied instead of making a little comment something should be done about the service instead unless you can just be honest your service blows.
Went prepared to buy a new phone to fix a problem on-line couldn't solve. After making that known to the service tech at the store, he fixed my problem so I didn't have to buy another. That's the kind of customer service I appreciate.
Used to be nice now they make us do all the work. For example I cracked my phone and needed to do a claim. They dont help you at all they make you do more work then they do. Plus, they get paid really well for people who dont do anything.
My usual last minute Christmas gifts. Made an appointment. No wait. Johanna helped me with the purchase of 2 iPhones and accessories. Very knowledgeable of the phones and plans. Easy. In and out in less than a half hour.
Manager Caleb was helpful. Other staff was busy so he just switched my phone in no time and I was outta there. Very much appreciated
Sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and took her time explaining everything to me and my options.
Made an on-site appointment for a repair. Was told to wait 45 minutes. Told them okay and I'd be back shortly. Left. Came back 30 mins later. Waited another 30 mins and asked how much longer.was told I was not in the system and had to make an appt when I stood there with my son already. Completely frustrated especially since I am a corporate account with 4 lines. They wasted an hour of my time and I got nothing accomplished. Thanks for nothing.
I went to the milan ace branch to get a wifi hotspot for the house and Jennifer H was awesome she did a awesome job very nice and patient with me got me just what I wanted wasn't a long drawn out process quick and fast all while having a couple issues with the system and her handheld device but she was awesome in and out got what I wanted in maybe 20 mins if that
Say you’ve got a bogo deal. Buy one get one free. Not true. They say it takes 60 days for credit. Nope. It’s a scam. Hours on the phone and still paying full price. Months later still paying full price. Liars. I even have it in writing and it doesn’t matter. Be careful. Don’t trust Andrea. I’ll win eventually but I gave a life. This is crazy.
