Why does each local Verizon store have the same 800 number listed as their number? The only way I could get in touch with the store I wanted was to call the 800 number where I was on the line for 13 minutes waiting for the gentleman to find the location I wanted. Unfortunately, he gave me the same 800 number I called to get him. What a waste of time and very frustrating! By the way, I never did get the number for local Verizon store I wanted. SO glad I switched from Verizon to another service.

Place is great but they only have the Newest models of the specific phone, so if your looking for a Samsung the would only have the newest model of Samsung in the last 6 or 8 months.

Waste of time, not helpful, and trying to upsell everything and double my monthly bill. Time to switch to a new provider.

They have been not transparent at all. Went in for a new phone line and they said we could get a new apple watch. Later on, we found out that our apple watches would cost up a monthly bill and was showing we owe the full price. No one told us we would have a monthly bill for the watch. BE VERY CAREFUL! They will scam you here! Go to a place with better customer service.

I walked in this location and nobody greeted me or said like be right with you or anything. That’s the first red flag so I stood there for over 30 minutes and nobody still didn’t say anything every single of the workers gave me eye contact but still nothing second red flag. This location is awful they ignore customers and don’t care for anybody’s time. After 45 minutes somebody finally said something to me and put me in line to be helped and that person still didn’t say sorry for the wait or anything third red flag. These workers you have in this location seems entitled and have bad attitudes. I won’t be back and I don’t recommend this location.

I had to wait 45 minutes in line because they were short staff that day and when I finally got there he said oh I can't help you here is a sheet of paper call this number. I did and said they can't help me because I don't have extra fee to my account for them to help me so what you did on my own.

My phone isn't receiving nor sending text messages. I show up at 915am feeling relieved that there isn't a line out the door and no cars in the parking lot. To find out I can't get help because employees aren't showing up to work. Turned away at the door. Makes me re think why I've been a customer for 16 years. Very disappointed with the service I have received today.

I went to trade in my phone for a 14 Pro Max. I went back 5 days later to turn in my old phone and was told the associate who told me the trade in value of $1,000 had “read the deal wrong, ” so I will only be receiving a trade in value of $700. There was no solution offered, just “I’m sorry” multiple times. This is extremely frustrating as it is a large difference and there was no fix. Will not be returning to this Verizon store.

Nothing but liars, they tell you anything just to get you hooked into their trap. $280.00 dollar bill for the first month of service which was only for 1 day. This is the second month and everything they promise in the store or through customer service will never happen. Verizon is bad business we'll be canceling our service!

It was a 2 hour experience. 45 minutes waiting in line. Then the rest of the time trying to work a deal to buy a new phone. The young man helping me was very patient and tried very hard to make everything work the way it should it, was corporate that was having more trouble. I didn't get my new phone. I'll have to go back at the end of the next billing cycle. And try again. Hoping that the deals are still available. I was mistaken, it was a three hour visit plus the 45 minute wait.

I always feel like Verizon gets a bad rap. My husband and I have been with Verizon since we've had phones, and we've never had issues. I went to Monroe Street store this morn and was treated wonderfully by Victoria. She helped me with issue with my phone right away, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Thanks for always giving great service.

They can't fix anything in your phone you have to call somebody and work it out yourself if you get a new phone that can't transfer anything you do that yourself too they are just there to sell you high-tech expensive equipment.

Stopped in to get my phone activated and number ported over since other store screwed me over. The rep here Austin really had to dig into the case and get this solved. Highly recommend seeing him if you want someone who cares and will take their time with you. Thank you Austin!

I was at this store at 5: 30 to buy a charger to my phone they said I can't get u in today we have open spot tomorrow around 5.and it's not the first time.

There are so many hidden fees that are added on. The customer service agent wasn’t knowledgeable at all and didn’t explain anything in full detail. Ended up paying ~600$ to switch (w free phones). Then all the rebates and discounts don’t apply right away but take months to apply to your account. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!
