I came in about two hours before close and a retail associate Robert was up to his neck and customers with problems ranging from Network issues to wanting to buy new phones to questions about other services changing phone numbers all on his own (literally the only employee in the store. Robert, efficiently and quickly helped me get a new phone and guide me through the process while juggling almost 5 different tasks in a very stressful environment, Robert absolutely deserves a raise for the quality of work that he delivers

Went in to get a new phone because my old one had water damage. Greg was extremely helpful and polite when walking me through my various options. I was there for 2 hours while my phone stuff transferred over and he was very patient during the entire process. I've never had a better experience at Verizon before, I can weirdly say it was kind of fun lol

I believe the guy who helped me was Sean, but he was amazing! He actually talked me down from getting the most expensive IPhone because of his experience and brought me to most valuable option for the price. If he’s in the store, definitely go to him!

The level of incompetence in this organization is unbelievable. They schedule my employee out for a GPS install on a Saturday. Come to find out they don't do Saturday installs. I'll take my money elsewhere. Canceled.

Customer services is horrible. I tried calling and they have an automated system I would rather talk to a real person. The service I'd horrible.
