I am very pleased with my experience at this stop. Very polite and treat you with the upmost respect. I have no complaints.

The store had 2 customers in it when I first arrived, not even getting 2 feet in the door the employee asked what I needed, I told him an upgrade and he proceeded to tell me he would not be able to help me today he had no time for me. I informed him that I had a 6: 15 appointment with him and I will be helped today. When it came my turn, he was not prepared and took him 20 mins just to log onto the iPad. While he was helping me another customer walked in half hour before closing and told him she needed to replace her husbands phone it was completely shattered. He told her that he will upgrade the phone but he will NOT transfer anything because he wants to go home and he is NOT staying late! He then went to the door 15 mins prior to closing and locked the door so nomore customers could come in.meanwhile I’m logging into my Apple ID to get the phone working and he says ok well that’s all you need? I go oh no I’m not leaving until I know my phone is working, he was displeased and made a rude K back. I will NOT be coming back into this store. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service thanks Mike!

I stopped in on Friday with a broke phone. After standing there for several minutes I was finally noticed by the person in there. I may add I was the only customer in the store. The person working was far too busy on both phone and computer to even acknowledge me with so much as a head nod. When I asked her if there was anyone else who could help me she said no she was it. When I asked her if she could help me she said no. Did not offer any other information such as when someone who could would be there. I guess she was too busy doing whatever to take the time to help. As it stands they lost a sale on a new phone.

After having both phone go down and no way to call customer service, I tried to do a chat. Well that wasn't working. After several hours, I headed to, swanton with all my phones and a terrible attitude.
Nick was great. He was so calm, he made me relax. He was patient, knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile. He had a smile the whole time and was very friendly.
Exactly what is needed in customer service.
I recommend this location and ask for Nick.

The gentleman at this store (Nicholas), was absolutely tremendous. Friendly, knowledgeable and FAST! I showed him the offer I received from Verizon and in no time at all, I was walking out of the store with a brand new phone and all of my content from the old one transferred over. They were out of cases for my phone, so he was kind enough to order one from another store and follow up with me when it arrived. No nonsense and no trouble whatsoever. Not to mention he was also quite skilled at multitasking and prioritizing so that he was able to assist multiple customers simultaneously! Dude rocks. Go see him! You can thank me later!

Nicholas was very patient and helpful. He has a good sense of humor as he answered several repetitive phone calls from customers. I'm happy that I stopped in the Swanton store, today. I will be stopping in to see Nicholas again if and when I am in need of technical support.

Refereed 12 customers to Logan this past month and the ones that came in all told me he did a good job. He just helped me get a new phone and I am a business owner and would refer him to anyone. Get this guy a raise and promotion pronto.
