11Went into the store 1 person working witch is fine he was with a customer also fine was in the store for almost 20 minutes he never said Hi or asked if I had any questions was looking to get a new phone and tablet will never return.
Victor opened the store early to help me out. He did a great job of listening to what I needed and took care of me right away. I had zero problems with my visit. I was very satisfied.
Very good experience. He went out of his way to answer all our questions! He set everything up for us which saved us a lot time! He did it quickly and efficiently!
The girl did take time to review many phones and the plan options. That was very nice. However greatly overshadowed by the amount of time on phone with HQ getting everything setup. It was more than FOUR different phone calls. After SEVERAL minutes into each call the guy working beside her would tell her she did it wrong yet not offer to help. If he was a manager he was not managing her incompetence very well. I think two other customers came in during the two and a half hours we were in the store so they were not overloaded. Make the drive to any other location, normally I do.
The Tech that worked herebwas soooo helpful in helping me with the problem on
my phone. Since my phone was 6 yrs old decided to buy the new Samsung S21
5G. I love it. Takes Great pictures.
Treston and Bryan were amazing. I always go to Findlay store cause of bad experience in past at this store. Decided to try this store again. Great service will return, its great to be able to shop local.
I went to the Verizon Store on numerous times and have always had great customer service by There employees. I will refer people to go there any time they need anything with there phone service they are so friendly and know what they are talking about.
Just wanted to give Treston a thank-you for helping me with my phone. He was super nice and did a Great job helping me. Great service, will come back. Thank you.
This week was the second time going in for new phones. First was my husband and I, and the second for my mother. Both times we were helped by Jon and Treston, both times they were very knowledgable and extremely kind. Great experiences, thanks so much for making it easy for us. They switched an old woman from a landline to a cell, and kept her phone number for her.she is so happy and so am I.
The bald gentleman with the beard was very unprofessional and arrogant when we went in. Also, he was getting very frustrated with a older customer that was probably in their 80's. It almost felt as if he was yelling at her. We will NOT be doing business in the Upper Sandusky Verizon we will keep our business in Findlay and Tiffin. If I was Upper's Verzion I would be looking for a better employee to be the face of your store.
Treson was extremely helpful getting a phone ready for my husband to use. Explained the functions and made sure he was comfortable using it. This gives him (Treston) 10 stars in my book! Thanks
