I went there new years day and it was 20 minutes before they closed. I had an issue with my S21 ultra and they said I'd have to send it in to try and fix it or upgrade to the S22 ultra. Ended up upgrading because I can't be without a phone. The store closed at 5 and they rushed through everything and didn't help me get my phone set up properly. I called the local Verizon outlet store in my town and they want to charge me $30 to set my phone up. I think that is pretty dirty after spending over $500 to upgrade and they couldn't take the time to set it up for me! Not a happy customer
Very helpful. I just wish they were able to offer the same deals as on line so they could get credit. I feel bad using the store to look at phones, but getting them on line through the Verizon website is hundreds of dollars cheaper.
Went there because I had a problem with my Samsung phone. Had a long wait and finally they said they couldn't help me. I went to the Perrysburg store and they solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time here.
I am so angry from phone costomer services so bad I lose my time, no one fix my problem I have a business account and I have international plans and they charge me $4600 for international calls and I made dispute they not accept it, they lose my time and they don't respond faster, I am so angry and sad about that. They also don't want to restore my lines, I want to pay what I spend just not my problem about anything I don't used it. And costomer services each person spoke things different some of them they said they will restore my lines and some said no, unfortunately so bad.
Jarrett took great care of me today. He answered all my (many) questions and couldn’t have made shopping a better experience.
Customer service is the worst on every level! After over 17 years of being a customer, I finally left. Do not regret it in the least and will never go back!
I’ve been to this location multiple times over the past several years for account and equipment assistance, and each time been told to basically do it myself. No help from the staff at this location. “We don’t do that here” seems to be part of their routine script. Each time I’ve left this location, I’ve gone to a Verizon authorized dealer, and had great customer service and all of my questions answered. My advice is to skip this Verizon location and check your local authorized dealer!
Sent my husbands last bill due on November 10. Paid it on October 28 in store with a sales representative. Received letter in mail from a bill collector. Verizon sent me the bill but sent the amount to collections on October 19. So not only did I pay the amount but they sold the 64.42 I owed to a debt collector before my due date on the bill.
I walked into the store and was greeted kindly by the service representative. My problem was fixed and I left a happy customer. Sometimes great customer service helps forget the problems had. Thank you Central Verizon employees for being courteous and helpful.
Went there to see if they had screen protector for my phone along with a charger for my car. Customer service was very pleasant. But product availability I wasn't pleased.
The sales associate answered all of the questions we had and was very professional. We had more questions the next day and the same associate helped and explained everything we did not understand.
I lost my phone a few days ago while traveling out of the country. We immediately called and suspended the account from my husband's phone and when I got home I went to Verizon to get a new phone. Because I lost the phone internationally, a less common fraud code was entered to suspend the account, instead of the normal "lost or stolen code".
This code required very high level authorizations to reactivate my phone number. It was confusing and took many, many calls, customer service menus, and sales associates at the store to help me. But the sales associates, Scott and Mike, went above and beyond in troubleshooting to help assist me in reconnecting the line so all of my data, contacts, photos, etc could be restored successfully to a new phone. I appreciated their help and persistence during a stressful time and admired how all of the associates politely and expertly served their customers while I was in the store. My daughter was with me and I was glad she also got to experience their teamwork and professionalism.
I want to compliment Jerrod for helping me with my routing issues…very patient, kind, and especially competent! I am very pleased to go home with a functioning iPhone…thanks to your Verizon man Jerrod I’m a happy Senior citizen! Sandra O’Phelan
Getting a new cell phone can be stressful, but Phil at the Central Ave.store made my experience a pleasant one. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. It is apparent Phil is a natural born educator because he makes sure you understand what you are doing and where to go, in terms of technology, with your devices and account. I also have been in to see him a few times with more questions, and he still was on point. I will be sending my friends in to Verizon and directly to Phil. Thank you!

Is there anything the Verizon store employees can actually do anymore other than sell the phones/equipment and then tell you they can't help you with that in regards to anything else? I've been in twice in the last month for 2 separate reasons and each time was turned away with a number to call. This is extremely frustrating to experience especially being someone that works in customer service.
