My mom's flip phone wasn't working and she coincidentally got mail from Verizon for a free replacement. But when we went to get the free replacement, Verizon charged her $30 to change phones and another $30 to transfer her contacts to the new phone. C'mon Verizon, your "free" phone advertising mailing is a scam!
The manager t this location was extremely disrespectful and unpleasant. I was sitting here with a business account waiting to be set up and was told 2 different things, I only asked for clarification of what happened and because he was “overwhelmed” (?) he reacted in a very unprofessional way. I very calm and patient. Just because there was miscommunication on their end. In all my years of management, I would have just took ownership, isolated the situation and moved forward. First visit was helpful, 2nd visit was but the guy wasn't that friendly.
12-15 years since I was last inside a Verizon store and was horribly disappointed to see the same shady practices going on with the phones and plans.
Verizon Associate Connie, was a great help! She added my grandson to my plan and ported his number quickly and efficiently.
We waited less than 10 minutes for assistance. I had no appointment and expected to be there for hours, but was there about 30 minutes total.
Of no help when employee commits fraud and a bunch of charges appear on bill and equipment shows up at the house. Have been trying to fix bill since before Dec 15 and have gotten no where but hung up on and insulted. Not sure what happened to Verizon excellent customer service. Customer since 2005 soon no longer
Billing and programs are overpriced scams customer service has no clue about how to properly communicate in American English. They have little to know resolution capabilities and the supervisors are twice as bad. 6 different dates to confuse all who don't read their bills, your losing up money.
