Store manager was helpful, knowledgeable, & patient. We walked in looking to upgrade two very old phones & he took care of us immediately, transferred all our data, helped us pick out accessories & overall made the experience so easy.

I have had such a disaster of a day and trying to switch from my previous provider has been nothing short of a dumpster fire. The rep at Verizon was so kind and patient. He worked diligently to help me and make my intial experience with Verizon a sign I made the right decision to switch

This man John that represents Version in the highest regard I know what it takes to have an employee that’s priceless he is. He needs to be in charge of people that do not do their job. He will see they do. He does it right the first time. Putting the customer first is putting you first. Thanks I had a bad experience with Verizon in Xenia. The agent made it difficult.
