Horrible customer service. Went in to get a quote and instead they signed me up for a plan without me even knowing! I went back in a week later after getting a bill and they told me they wouldn’t cancel it and proceeded to tell me I was lying that I had no idea about this plan. The manager wouldn’t give me his name or contact information and even called the police to report I was trespassing? Absolutely ridiculous. All I wanted to do was close out the plan that was made without me even knowing it was made!

Make an appointment. Walk ins are not a good idea.

I ordered a new phone online and chose to pick it up in the store. It was about 1pm on a weekday and I was in a hurry for lunch.

There were only 2 sales associates and they were both helping customers.

There were also about 6 people waiting to be helped that had checked in. So imagine how long they take with each customer, which I appreciate. It takes probably 30 min or so to help each one. So there was no way I could have got my phone.

I made an appointment online for the next day and I was able to get it done in 5 min.

Had a great experience today at the Verizon store. Steph served us and was wonderful, talked us through a bunch of different options and got us a great deal on 2 new phones! 5***** experience, so helpful!

My daughter was unknowingly signed up for a new account and phone number at this store. Had no idea until a bill came in the mail a week later. She went back in and they refused to help her cancel it. My husband and I went back in with her and asked for the manager and after being told he was on a call, we find out he is actually standing 10 feet away. He then comes over and tells us he is tired of waisting his time, that my daughter is a liar and how stupid can she actually be to not know she was signing up for new service. He told us to get out of his store or he would call the police and tell them we were trespassing. We have never had such a horrible experience and what made it worse was how it affected our 18 year old daughter and now she will always be wondering if someone is trying to take advantage of a situation when she is trying to make a decision as a young adult. I can’t even explain how upset and frustrated I am with this location and their manager Deray.

Check in was quick. A rep was with me within 5 minutes of checking in. I was able to get the phone and smart watch that I wanted fairly easy.

We were trying to get my mother in law on our phone plan because hers was in her late husbands name, and the store manager was incredibly rude and refused to provide any help with how to do this. He just said to call Verizon and that he would provide no further help. We’d called so many numbers that led us nowhere which is why we showed up in the first place. He wasn’t even willing to help us get to the right phone number and basically told us to leave when we tried to get him to tell us any more information other than “call Verizon”. If you’re looking for actual customer service do not visit the Grove City Verizon.

Absolutely horrible service from store manager DeRay. Service tech Ana was wonderful and so helpful. I am on a business account and when trying to explain my situation to Deray he was very unprofessional and dismissive. Stated don’t come back until I could access online services and was not polite at all as he did not allow me to speak. When requesting his bosses name he refused to state anyone higher than himself or provide customer service information. Continued to argue with me as I left the store in front of other customers as well as raising his voice. A very poor excuse for management to represent such a large company. Do better Verizon.

Waited an hour and half only to be quoted $250 less trade in value than a store offered me earlier. Staff is super green and spends most of their time in the breakroom. Save yourself the energy and go some place else

The manager at this store was completely unprofessional. My daughter purchased a phone from there yesterday. Her phone never got transferred over from her previous carrier. We were upset with the process to get her phone activated. The rep got the manager. The manager did nothing to help the situation. He even looked at my daughter and said leave because he didn't like her. He said if we didn't leave, he would say we were trespassing in his store. What kind of customer service is that? I did report this incident to customer care. But, that manager needs to be dealt with.

Had a wonderful experience at this location today! First time in and definitely won't be the last. I received fantastic customer service from Aarika and was given all of the information I asked for and then some. Only thing I will say that was a little weird is she made me write her name down 3 times to learn it. Otherwise fantastic experience.

I was on vacation with my wife and her phone went dead, we went to the Verizon store in Scottsdale, Arizona to get a new one. A week later were back at home and my wife wanted to turn the phone in, I went to this Verizon store in Grove City, they refused to take it back because they're a corporate store, the rude clerk said I would have to take it back to Scottsdale, now how in the hell am I supposed to know which store is a corporate store, it still says Verizon on the outside.
