Kendra was awesome in helping get us set up.

Isaac got my galaxy watch up and running after of months of not being connected to my plan.

Garrett was very helpful and exceeded all my expectation. I came in aprehensive but left very happy.

Went in yesterday to get my mom a new phone set up. Was told we would need to download an app to be able to transfer her info from her galaxy to the new iPhone. Also, realized after leaving the store that I was charged for an extra plan for a watch we did not get or even want. Went back today to find out how to transfer and Isaac took care of us and took the time to guide me through the steps of how to transfer with the correct app. He also looked at my receipt from yesterday and reimbursed the extra plan charge that was added. Isaac is very professional & knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated all of his help!

Went into Verizon on the look for a new phone. Isaac helped us and was able to guide us through the best option for our plan. He also told us about promotions and I was able to get a watch as well. He made it a very easy and stress free experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Kendra and Issac helped us set up our new phones very efficiently and transfer all our data from our old phones. The new wireless transfer technology was such a relief compared to the last time we were in. It was fast! They were professional and did not pressure us in any way. Very very pleased!

Had a wonderful experience with Alaina. She set me up with a new phone faster than anyone else has, ever. I'd give 10 stars to her if I could. Keep up the good work.

I purchased a newer phone and needed help transfering data from old phone to new. Went into store and was met by salesman who was extremely slovenly and unprofessional. Said there would be a charge to transfer data. I expected this. Tried to transfer data and concluded that my brand new phone was defective and there wasn't anything they could do, because I didn't purchase the phone there. Looked over to the manager, and she said sorry about your luck bro. I had went to this store before and had good luck in the past, but apparently their standards have gone down. I have never been treated so rudely and with such disrespect before. Go to a factory store and save yourself some time.

The Lima store gave us quite the run around.they gave us a 14 Apple iPhone box and the phone in it. What does it use Apple 13. Needless to say we took all that back and went to the Van Wert store and got the right phone and got the right service and was taken care of very nicely. I would give them five stars but not Lima’s store.

Orin was very patient and understanding as we came into the store thirty minutes before closing. He worked through myriad technical issues and got me a new iPhone and a free Apple Watch. Kudos to Orin!
