13My husband and I visited Verizon on Tuscarawas in Canton. We were looking into upgrading our phones. Dave V.was absolutely amazing! He was very informative on the phones we looked at and any tech issues we were having. We started having issues with my daughters sim card after our family lines were transfered to new phones. Dave V.was able to fix that right away. Also, Dave V.has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable. Anytime my husband and I need anything Dave V.will definitely be our go to guy. As I said Dave V.was amazing!
Ronnie has the best customer service definitely 10/10! She was super nice & very helpful.
Ronnie’s great I erased everything out of my phone idk how but she was able to retrieve everything and plus more. Saved my day kept my day going thank you again Ronnie. That girl is good and knows her job.

Dave was awesome. I am deaf and was struggling with TMobile trying to get my phone to connect to my hearing aids. Dave figured it out in 10 mins what TMobile couldn't do in 3 hours. So we immediately decided then and there to make the switch. It is nice to feel normal again.
My assistant was Dave V, he was very helpful assisting me adding a new line for my son, very professional and quick with his work. Dave also went out of his was to make sure we knew about the upcoming promotions for the back to school give away, and the $ promotion event. I’m very satisfied and happy I switched to Verizon
Verizon Dave was incredible! He took wonderful care of my wife and myself as we made a hasty retreat from the torturous grasp of the dastardly T-Mobile thugs. He was personable, polite and highly knowledgeable. If my wife wouldn't soak my bedset in kerosene and set fire to them while I was sleeping, I would totally leave her for Verizon Dave. If he doesn't get a raise IMMEDIATELY and become known globally as Verizon Dave, my wife will locate the company directors.and their bedset.
