Verizon, Macedonia OH

Having worked as a Customer Service Agent for the Airlines for 25 years, I am well aware of the varied challenges working with the public presents. My son anddaughter in law gifted my husband and I with new phones, a smart watch, and a tablet for Christmas.
To work out the jumble of details to accomplish this was no small feat.
The only reason this was accomplished was because they had the good fortune to have Ruthann at the Macedonia Ohio store (near Red Wing), be their point of contact.
To say she is a rarity for Cutomer Service still doesn't describe her adequately.
She spent literally hours to arrange the, upgrades, explain the promotions, determine the best Lans to yield the best savings, offered herself to be available on Christmas Eve to finalize the decisions that had to be made. She offered this with a guarantee that she would be happy to be available to complete the order.
She made this offer without hesitation, assuring a of us that she often was available to her customers during her personal time.
My suggestion is that anytime you hire a new employee, regardless of location, have that new hire shadow Ruthann to give that person the chance to be the best, most knowledgeable employee you expect them to be.
Ruthann is the bar that every employee should be judged against.
We were beyond fortunate that she represented Verizon for you.

The customer service was beyond exceptional! I called an hour before closing to set up an account and plan for home internet and i was 30 minutes away from the store, the store associate Matt was so welcoming and told me to come right in. Once I arrived he already had my equipment pulled and was ready to get my account set up. The people working at this location talk about smoking weed on the job in front of customers, the one guy looks i don't remember his name but he has no idea what he is doing, he had to have the other girl come and help him throughout the entire process.they come off very rude when asked questions.i will not be coming back to this location.
