Verizon, Mentor OH

I had a complicated issue & the guys went above and beyond to give outstanding customer service from researching the best options to help me save money to calling customer service on my behalf. Absolutely phenomenal gentlemen.

Jordan was acknowledging, knowledgeable in the process and very accommodating to myself and all customers entering the store. Enjoyed his interaction immensely!

I’ve had Verizon service for awhile had an apt with the Heisley Branch I walk in the door and greeted very rudely. Asked a few questions about my account, the assistant was still rude during conversation. Wanted to add an Apple Watch to my account was told they couldn’t help me. Went down the road to T-Mobile and changed my service and got my Apple Watch for way less than Verizon! Thanks

I purchased a new iPhone and iPad at the Mentor store. Jordan assisted me and he was so very personable and friendly. One of the best assistants I’ve ever had. I ended up having difficulty with the iPad and had to exchange it. Ken assisted me that time and he was also very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience at the Mentor Verizon store and would recommend this location.

Amanda was outstanding! Very nice, personable and knowledgeable. She needs business cards for referral business and a comfortable chair to sit on Process was 100% better than last time we upgraded our phones. Thanks again Amanda!
