12I will never come to this place again. Justin literally charged me for a charger that I never asked for, never told me I was purchasing it. I went back and returned it but I can only imagine the people he have scammed that don’t look at their receipt.
Jordan was terrific when I was in desperate need of getting a new Iphone ASAP when my Iphone unexpectedly broke and quit working. Jordans professionalism and customer service was a 10/10 and would highly recommend Jordan for future help at Verizon!
Was trying to activate a new line prepaid phone and the worker tried to charge me a 40 activation fee on a device I brought into the store. I called the day before n was told only charge would be the monthly charge.was online with plan questions and they said the same thing.crazy when someone in store is trying to make extra comission off an activation when she's gonna get paid off the activation. I used to work at Verizon, I know better.try again little girl
Jordyn was extremely helpful with not only fixing the mistakes made by previous Verizon member and going above and beyond to ensure that what we needed was provided and answered any further questions we had. She was amazing and definitely had me leaving the store 100% satisfied and happy.

Great experience. Justin was really helpful and knowledgeable. Saved us quite a bit on our monthly bill. Hailey was also really informative too.
