Our account got messed up on the back end by the Verizon system but Chel was amazing and went above and beyond to help us through the problem over the course of several days. Best personal experience I've had even if the whole problem with the system was exasperating.
The store was not busy. Someone helped me right away. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She even hooked me up with a discount after reviewing my account. I had no idea teachers got a discount at Verizon! Awesome! This is totally my new Verizon spot! It should probably be yours too.

Outstanding customer service. The young lady that helped us set up our new iphone 15 Pro was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She humg in there untill all our questions were answered, our old phone was copied to the new phone, and the new phone was working.all while explaining the nuances of the iPhone 15 Pro
. And took the time to install our new phone accesories as well. She said she has only been working at the Maple St store a month or so, but she is an old pro.

I have been a Verizon customer for around 15 years. This was the best experience and service I have received since becoming a customer. Alexis was great, and not only did she make my phone replacement she found some adjustments in my account that saved me money. Dont go to Belden, go here.
