Travis was outstanding. He answered all questions we asked and assisted in helping me purchase the new I phone. Clarified bill questions and explained things in detail.
We had excellent service and was showed us everything we needed to know about the new phones.
Messed up 2 phones and 2 tablets on doing plan upgrade. Had to call support to get it fixed. Also store disable over 25 items.will not go back to this store for anything.
Mike was great offers excellent customer service. I was in the store yesterday and almost didn’t come back today because of the lousy customer service from the other 2 employees who were working. I’m glad I came back because Mike got me taken care of smoothly and I’m completely satisfied
