Came into the Lewis center location and jimbo came over to us as soon as he was freed from his other customers and even though I knew what I wanted it was a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back

The first time I've been there to fix my service, we changed from T-mobile to Verizon,
and Brady took care of our service perfectly.
Today I came for my daughter to upgrade her new phone, we bought 6 iPhone 15 pro Max
Chad was outstanding! He took the time to ensure I got the best cell phone and upgrades for our services. He went the extra mile to assist with the setups.

He was extremely knowledgeable, very qualified, and honest. He took his time responding to our questions and we did not feel rushed at all. We will always come back to this location with Chad

By far my worst experience with Verizon. There is a gentleman by the name of Marc that is an impulsive liar. He will do anything in his power to raise his pay through commission. I was told that my new phone “required” a new charger & if I didn’t buy a new charger my phone would be damaged. He then kept telling me he’d give me a bigger discount if I continued to buy more product. I also told him how I planned on switching off of my father’s phone plan while purchasing the new phone & he specifically told me I would not have any extra charges for starting my own plan. I then start my own phone plan & now I am locked into a contract for paying off a phone for $800 that should have been $100. So, I call a representative & they told me they removed the bill from my account, just to find out my next payment date that they lied to me as well. Extremely shocked that this is allowed. From the amount of time & hassle I have spent dealing with this, this experience has sowed a deep hatred for Verizon in my heart & I will leave for a new company at my earliest convenience.

Did not respect customer, the manager so coarsed. We went there to make a carrier switch from Tmobile to Verizon and registered for a wifi network, but the staff guide was not clear, asked us to pay money to receive the router home immediately, after paying, he put the router back and said it had a problem so he couldn't give it to us right away. The next day we came back and they sold the router to someone else, 5 days later we still don't have wifi in the house to use

This is the only Verizon store I will ever go to. Alex was great. He spent time with me and upgraded me to a new phone. He was patient and so helpful.
