I bought my iPhone and I pad here. Excellent service and help. Today I was there because I could not unlock my phone.
Mr. Myer fixed the glitch and answered 2 other questions.
I won’t go anywhere else and I am close to two other stores that I tried.

I went into this location because I needed to upgrade my number with a new phone. I walked in and was greeted instantly by Andrew. His smile was warm and welcoming as he inquired if he could be of assistance. I immediately asked if he was going to be the one to help me today. Andrew spent just under an hour with me and made the process smooth and stress free. I have a new iPhone 14 in purple with a new case, screen protector, and upgraded charger. He went above and beyond, so I just wanted to leave this review to say thank you to Andrew and the whole crew. If I need to head to Verizon then this store is now where I will return because the exemplary service. Blessings be.

Bottom line! That's what they care the most about! Money in the companies pocket! Not cost saving for us the customer! Long contract's, plans that have all the cash addons which best suits there profits.want that feature it only cost this much more etc! They have it to a science in making them the bottom line $$$ more for Verizon! "We the customer pay for all of it"! And receive very little discount, if any at all. Folks I think you know exactly what the message is here. Companies that rake huge profits from us, the people that pay the bill! I would like to see this company offer price matching. This would show me they care for us the customer! But I don't think this will happen, not profitable enough for them. We are the boss! " The people who support this business". It's time we all demand better prices, and better customer support! Look out for us first. These are my comments. After my contract is up I have no choice but switch to someone who has better pricing! Since again they will not price match. I know folks who work at this place.there comments outside this business was confirm on what I already knew, "Verizon looks out for them first, the customer last". They use words like were sorry you feel that way. It's not a feeling! It's a knowing!
change the way you deal with the customer by saving them money! Offer "PRICE MATCHING" treat us the customer first not last! Anyway, hope this will help anyone doing business here. Be careful! Do not assume anything with this company! Shop and compare. I know now! Been a customer of Verizon for almost (2) years. When my contract ends will be going elsewhere. No more accepting "Sorry you feel that way". I just know that I would rather deal with a company that will not nickel and dime me on billing charges.e. G.want that add this amount! We the customer's should be the boss, not them. Thanks for reading this rating comment! Local business person.
P. S. To impact them, show them these comments! You should add your thoughts as well. Consumers must band together and show we have, "power in numbers" they will get the message.

My husband's phone corrupted and crashed on Monday which led to us having to get a new phone. Travis took great care of us. He got us the best deals which included the newest galaxy and even a tablet for our daughter. He really listened and kept us in our price range! He was also very courteous to offer me a private space to breastfeed my son if he was hungry. This guy deserves employee of the month!

David Rupp did an amazing job explaining a lot of the little details and other things that no one else ever has. He also stayed almost an hour past closing time to make sure everything was swapped between phones, and even answered his phone later to help with an issue. He will be the person I speak to from now on for anything I need at Verizon.

I just purchased the amazing iPhone 14 Pro Max. The only thing better than my new phone was the service I received from “Blake. ” Not only was he welcoming and beyond friendly, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and attentive to my questions and needs. This dude was the whole package!

If you’re in the market for a new phone, head to the Verizon store off of Clinton Street in Defiance, OH and ask for Blake. You’ll be thrilled you did!

Today Michael Myers demonstrated excellent customer service as it should be. I went into the Verizon store after 5 1/2 hours of talking to multiple incompetent broken English Verizon representatives in the Philippines getting nowhere but redundant circles. They actually screwed my whole plan up worse and told me my Apple Watch was defective and I had to get a new one which I knew was wrong considering it was less than a month old, it was just an easy out for them so they could just drop the case and move onto the next. So the next day When I walked into the defiance Verizon store, Mike was the first to greet me. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He was on my side doing everything he could calling the representative (s) from overseas deciphering through the broken English and making sure things were done correctly when they indeed were still on the wrong path not understanding and getting it corrected. And to boot, the Apple Watch was perfectly fine, it was just Mike's professional confidence and intelligence in his work that made it happen! Thanks Mike! You honestly deserve employee of the month in my books
