People at these stores don't seem to know that much about the inter workings of these phones and they'll take ur phone & mess it up more. I was told to get more memory with a new SD card. So I did that but then I was told my internal storage was maxed out so the new SD card didn't matter and they also messed up the order of all my pictures with something they did. It's all very frustrating!
