Seriously christopher is one of the very few harding working and very proffesional sales reps vl I’ve ever met. Other phone store workers never ever wanna wait past closing and Christopher was more than happy to go aahead and invite me over after 8 PM when I called in needing assistance. Then he topped it all off with nothing but smiles and really great overall customer service and just want to help me out and get me taken care of the best way possible.

Timmy was great! Was worried about a problem with my phone and he fixed it perfectly and quickly.

Chris was wonderful. I had a bizarre experience losing my phone, and came in an hour before close, which I try to NEVER do at any business because it’s rude. Chris was extremely supportive and cheerful. Can’t say most employees places would be happy to help a guest an hour before close. He helped me with exactly what I needed and got me out the door quickly. Thank you so much Chris! A truly hard worker.

Timmy was incredibly helpful. Our family has always visited this store for our cellular needs. I am nearly a tech idiot and need LOTS of explanation and hand holding.

My 11 year old son asked Timmy loads of questions - He was so excited that Timmy couldn't answer one question before my son was throwing another one at him.

Went in looking for a new phone with my wife. The staff here was extremely courteous and helpful. I feel very confident that me and my family will not be making a change anytime soon. My experience has been so good both times I've been to this location, that I've actually convinced other members of my family to change carriers over to Verizon because of this particular location. Changing carriers, and dealing with phone bills is never a fun experience, but the staff at this Verizon store makes the process pain free.

Would give a 10 star if could. Matt and Bryan saved Verizon 2 customers today. Between the both of them they worked with the fraud dept to resolve a complex issue.

Bryan is the ABSOLUTE BEST at his job! My phone was messed up, in two different ways, and he fixed both problems within TWO minutes! I had the problems for 7 months! You are wonderful, Bryan! They are definitely about service at this Verizon location, not just selling phones and plans! FIVE STARS!

I've been coming to this store for years. Got my phone here a couple years ago. And the staff is just incredible. They are so friendly and always help with all my questions. What ever I've needed they have helped me with a smile on their face. I will always come back to this store. Devin, Bryan, and Matt are just fantastic.

I have been going to this TCC Store for assistance with purchasing and using my phones for the last several years. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all types of phones, and they are also very friendly! My experience today with Matt was excellent. He explained everything very clearly to me and answered all of the questions that I had. I will definitely do business with this store again in the future.

Lie to me about the Apple Watch if I buy from another seller. Saying it would not work and I should buy from them. Glad I went to a different one Verizon

Jason is the best! I came to him in need of a new phone after my 3+ year old phone wouldn't hold a charge anymore. He immediately helped, giving great advice, and wasn't pushy at all. I highly recommend coming to this store since he took over.

Went in to combine plans. They told me they can't move one phone to a different plan, but that I could call customer service and take care of it on my own time.

After 20 year I have had enough of their baloney, switching to another carrier and saving a bundle. Poor customer service and high prices no longer need to be tolerated for the difference in network performance.

When I bought the phone the guy with a bunny tooth was super nice to help me out but I kept having problem to get device backing up to i clouds and I have to stop by couple times to get it figured out. And the guy changed face to a very inpatient look. Lucky The guy with long beard helped me out I appreciate and I wish the sales person only keeps one face To their customers definitely no need double faces. It felt hurt when you had problem and the person who treated you so nice all the sudden acted like not willing to see you again, Wish no body would have to deal with this like me.

Two employees were working, both helping customers. I came in with 3 small children.about 5 minutes after a mother and her high schooler walked in guess who they talked first. I left and am going to amother location. Very unclassy and rude employees and patrons

Everyone was very helpful! Exchanged my phone three without question and were willing to help me find the best phone for me. Adam was especially helpful in dealing with my phone problems.

For a store that carries the Pixel, they don't even have the correct sim card for it. Waited an hour and a half with very little recognition I was there or asked what I was there for- a simple 10 minute process. After being turned away I got real help from an official Verizon store.

Warning! DO NOT buy anything from this store or any TCC owned Verizon retailer stores, they are completely driven by commission, will do anything (lie, sign you up without your knowledge on all kinds of things.) to trick you into the deal, then they will ditch you with a surprising bill that you wish you never stepped into that store! Terrible and not acceptable retailer behaviors!
