8I was treated with respect, I was heard and she listened. I feel like we're on the same page. Very happy to find a PCP that cares.
She might have been the best 3 months ago and I liked her the ONE time I seen her. Second time I had to be seen by another doctor because she was out of the office for an extended period of time. But now she seem to be lacking. Can’t get any response to refilling of a medication.
Dr Poffel is by far the best doctor I’ve had. She’s the only one willing to listen, take my concerns seriously, and get me any testing I need. I know she has been out on medical leave for a little while, but her nurses and the other staff have been amazing making sure I get the care I need.
HANDS DOWN THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN! I pray she sticks around, she is knowledgeable and actually listens to what you have to say. She genuinely cares about her patients. Would recommend her 10000 times over and over again.

LEGIT BEST DOCTOR I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. She has all the qualities a doctor should she is very knowledgeable, she listens well and actually cares what you have to say, voices her concern and is good with young children, listens to your physical and mental health concerns all around and willing to write prescriptions needed for better health overall. I am more pleased than I can say she is just beautiful inside and out and I have just met her for the very first time and I am shocked how great and professional she is as well as so funny and talented as well. I am super blessed and thankful my family had our first appointment with a primary care physician and it was Doctor Veronica Poffel. She is absolutely hands down perfect!

She is the ONLY doctor my wife and I will ever see. She is real, she LISTENS to everything and has SO MUCH knowledge. My wife has been struggling with her health and Dr. Poffel was the first one to give answers to our questions. I cannot rave and sing her praises enough, if you or ANYONE you know has had bad experiences with doctors, please go see her. She is phenomenal and LGBTQA+ friendly as well!
