Versailles Gardens Apartments, North Canton OH

Been living here for about a year and dealing with a bug infestation for 8 months. Exterminator company the rental company uses is worthless and for the high rent this shouldn't be a problem. Hundreds of dollars in food was thrown out in January, May and June. When asked about reimbursement or rent reduction to compensate for the ongoing problem, was met with no sympathy and only asked to take down bad review. No one should have to live with bugs in their kitchen for 8 months while paying 1k+ in rent! Neighbors had squirrels enter their apartment on multiple occasions and eventually moved out. Versailles only cares about making money and not about providing a livable condition for its tenants.

Lived here for a year, beautiful complex with quiet and friendly neighbors. Pet friendly for any kind of dog which helped me a lot. Rare apartment complex where what you pay feels right for the environment you get, especially with some utilities being included. Great friendly staff, and next day maintenance if needed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and it exceeded all my expectations for an apartment complex, even with buying my home, I can't say I wont miss this place.

Quiet & safe place, never had any issues. Wendy was amazing and truly cares about the tenants.

My husband and I loved living here for 3 years! Convenient location with a ton of food and shopping nearby. Management and maintenance were always friendly and prompt with any fixes we needed (which was hardly any!) Apartments were clean and spacious. Grounds were well maintained all year round. They allowed us to go to a month to month option when our year lease ended and we began house hunting at no extra cost. You can tell they care about their residents! We will definitely miss it here and will highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home! Thanks for everything!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I was fresh out college, new to the OH, only had enough money for 1 apartment application, and 1 day to find the perfect apartment. The ladies in the office gave me so much information about the area and were so honest, even recommended other places to me. But I ended up back there. I ended up signing a place going off their word and a floor plan. The owner wasn’t in town and I only had that day to find something. Fast forward to moving in and I LOVED IT! It was so much space! Like every room! The property was always nice and they shoveled in the winter. Only time I called maintenance was for a thermostat issue but they came the next day. Beautiful & clean place with nice people.
