My first time there yesterday. Matt is a great guy. Very personable and professional. Got a hair cut, shave and mustache trimmed. Everything was on point. I'll definitely be making Matt my go to barber and bring my grandsons there. Two thumbs up for Veterans Barber Shop.

Just left the barbershop, very satisfied with my haircut I highly recommend this place. Had a pleasant conversation, and and chill environment. Will be back, thank you so much, was beginning to lose hope on finding a good barber.

My husband and I are in town visiting family and this business didn’t keep the appointment. Very unfortunate since my husband has served as well and our entire family has many veterans. Over 15 minutes and a no show. Apparently keeping appointments isn’t a priority.

I personally want to Thank Matt for going out of his way to help my Son who is in Ohio Army National Guard who was works 12 hour shifts for Menzies at Cleveland International Airport get his Haircut today to be ready for his Medina Unit @0500 tomorrow.
Matt is all to familiar with the Military himself and understands the needs of the military.
You did not have to go out of your way for this National Guardsmen but you did!

My son has down syndrome and he gets his hair cut here. Always looks great and he is always nice! He conversates with my son and makes him feel safe having his hair cut. We do not go anywhere else
