Vic Green Realty reviews
18Vic Green is the pinnacle of property management! Always communicating and helping improve the quality of your long-term assets.
Vic green is a terrible property management company. All repairs are subpar and take months. Find another company to lease a house from
Great friendly staff. If you need help finding your next home, I highly recommend this group of people.
Lori and her team are very knowledgeable about investment properties for sale in Dayton. She is a very good communicator. In my opinion, she is the best realtor in Dayton!
Seems like you get a little for alot. I liked the units but bathrooms were not up to par. It felt like i was in a housing project. The floors were beautiful but the outside wasn't very kept. Andrea was very pleasant!
Nice company nice staff I only think they should fix their online application to save where you left off while filling it out. Because if you go looking for information to add to it and it times out it saves nothing no matter how far you get. They have really great property's and very professional. I only have problems with the online application. I got really frustrated. But I loved every place I saw.
Horrible, they run you around, don't show up at appointments, don't return calls, don't know how to do their jobs. I took off work to waist a day on these people.
Got an apartment a month ago, still haven't received a key to my garage despite calling numerous times. They keep telling me they'll "look into it" and never return my calls. If you pay rent online, expect a service charge.
Tacos were dry they have no sauce or sourcream on them or they didn't offer any either but the drinks go hard they were so good!
If I could I wouldn't leave any stars. I call 2 days ahead to get an appointment to look at a house. I call 2 hours ahead to confirm. After all of that, they didnt show up to the appointment. They are unprofessional. No one called to let me know what was going on. Then I had my fiance call and talk to them and they said I didnt have an appointment. Very rude.
We did not end up moving into one of this realtors properties so I cannot speak to that. I was told I had an appointment to view an apartment, and was told on the phone in a rather harsh tone if I didn't call and confirm my appointment a few hours beforehand no one would be there to show the apartment. We got there a few minutes early. Multiple other people joined us waiting outside. We all discovered we were coming to look at the same apartment. None of us were informed it would be an open house/group showing. The woman showing the apartment was the last to arrive, and admitted she had never set foot in the apartment. She didn't know the code to get in the building and had to make a phone call to get it. The apartment was filthy and smelled like old cigarettes. The hallway desperately needed vacuumed and the walls were dirty.
This company is in the business of making money off the back of stuggling hard working Daytonians and families. They are not in it to add to the community of Dayton. The Waynedale place we moved into several years ago was nasty and barely clean. The only thing that made the place look a bit decent was the carpet and paint.
The bathroom was filthy and now has mold. The master bathroom has mold on the ceilings and is noticeable. We informed maintenence but nothing was done.
After our 1st year here in a 2bedroom that started off at $500 rent they have been raising our rent an additional $100 rent EVERY YEAR there after taking food out of our mouths.
Our rent is now $700 for these raggedy apartments in Huber Heights. Vic Green Realty goes around taking advantage of families and gouging for money by raising your rent to make up for the many vacancies that are becoming very abundant because
they raise the rent of their tentants.
I've heard so many horror stories about this company from other tentants. We have been trying to move but they keep raising our rent seeming to try to trap us in this skunk, raccon mold bed bug infested complex.
They are now utilizing a decietful marketing tactic of offering a free television upon moving in. Make sure you ask about stipulations of yearly lease renewals. It is not the fault of current tentants that these companies cannot keep tentants and have a large quantity of vacancies. But they take your money by raising your rent to make up for the lost
We have been trying to move but it seem as though this tactic is also to keep you from being able to quickly move out. Smh!
There has been floods in the apartment from busted pipes, they never offered a partial refund for not being able to use our water.
Another issue that has caused us to move is they give notice to enter your home in less than 24hrs without reason why. We have teenage daughters and one of the maintanence men came in while my daughter was in the shower. He looked like he was a nasty convict.
Being here for 3yrs the maintenance men they have working here when i asked have not had to submit to a federal background check.
Vic Green is not the only company that is doing this this seems to be a trend that rental companies are utilizing to make money this is one of the lowest forms of GREED and abuse of tentants.
Now that the Tornado has caused damage in our community they are advertising on the opprtunity to take advantage of families that have suffered from lost NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE A BUSINESS TO MAKE OUR COMMUNITY BETTER. This is a company with poor service made of opportunist looking into any way necessary to take every dime off of you and your family.
There is a saying that goes; "Be careful of those you step on on your way up because you will see them on your way down" This is true for individual as well as companies.
Will look for ANY reason to charge people that actually work hard while ignoring the drug dealers they've got living in their properties. I have never been so disrespected by a company before in my life. Do NOT recommend renting from them.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Bait and switch on the showings, I had to book a showing that I thought would be private, including calling 2 hours ahead of time to make sure someone would be there. I showed up and was barely acknowledged by the agent that was there because they were swamped with other people, as it turned out to be an open house rather than a private showing. I showed up at the time I scheduled the showing for, and was already behind in the application process by 4 people that showed up before me that I didn't even expect to be there. Ridiculous. I wouldn't even think about renting from them after that, because who knows what kind of shady bait and switch things they're doing behind the scenes. Would not recommend.
Lori and her staff are incredible She is so passionate, driven, and committed to excellence making her a one in million find! They truly define what it means to be an industry leader.
Made an "appt" to view one of their properties that was supposedly fresh and ready for showing. Not only did they schedule multiple prospective tenants to view the property at the same time without telling them- they didn't seem to inform their agent who said "Well I just get an email in the morning telling me where to go". Whatever questions we had, he didn't seem to have any answers. As for the property- it was dated and not well taken care of, there was trash still on the premises, spilled food inside a rusty refrigerator, shoddy paint job throughout, holes in doors and screens, uneven doors, stains on the carpets, and it smelled as if the previous tenant was a pet owner. When I asked about the contractors and the work performed, the agent didn't know any details but made a comment about having "thousands of properties". I don't care how many properties this company manages, if this is any example of the care and effort put into them, I'm not interested in the least.
They lie they charge you $ 35 for application fee plus then $ 50 for credit report and background charges.but they never tell you that they will charge you the $ 50 very bad no recommended.and waiting too mush! To nothing.
Company's a scam. The people who rent to you try to rob you. They stole from me. No good, people retards. The owner keeps stalking me. They make up their own rules. The people in the building thinks this is a group home.
