Viccarone Heating & Air Conditioning, Strongsville OH

Have been using Viccarone since we built the house; they installed the HVAC as well during the build process. Nothing but top notch service! Every technician that has ever come out has been pleasant, extremely polite, and informative. They are efficient, responsive, and having the yearly service contract is a great plan as well.

Terrible business, my homebuilder Pulte contracted Viccarone for our HVAC and from day 1 it had issues. Lennox is known for bad coils and ours was no different as we had a leak for 2 years and all Viccarone did initially was add refrigerant. Tim the service manager does everything he can to deny and deflect responsibility. Not only the leak but the system is undersized for our home which of course they blame on the homebuilder. Viccarone is still responsible here as they are the “professionals” and should have advised the builder on this issue before contracting on nearly 200 homes in our development. I will be upgrading my 2 year old system soon and can guarantee I won’t use Viccarone for this or any other HVAC related sourcing in the future.

My property management company contracted with Viccarone to fix my heating system. I am disabled and am limited in mobility. I have a housekeeper that comes twice a week. Viccarone came out to do work the day before my housekeeper was scheduled to clean. One technician told me that I needed to "get this house together". Then, when he returned and saw me sitting down (I was waiting on a video call to begin with family) he remarked that I was "taking a break already? There's so much to be done. " I was more than relieved when they left for the day. So if your house is in white glove condition and there's no dishes in your sink Viccarone might be a fine company for you. But if you have a "real" life, and maybe even a pile of clothes on the couch, I'd look elsewhere for my HVAC needs. Unless you enjoy being shamed in your own home.

Very professional and friendly. Lucky to have had them come and fix my boiler. Thought it would be a long process, and not the case. In and out minus our friendly stories.
