Very Minimal wait time. Dr Banczak is a wonderful doctor. I have been going here for about 2 years and love this place. Very clean. Doctors very responsive to anything that comes up with my health. I highly recommend this clinic. Thanks Vic Cassano!

Maria Delbono raped me-she raped my mind for 2 weeks.
Her supervisor is Dr. J Schoen. They don't think they did anything wrong so no corrective action was taken.
Being nationally famous as Violent Jay of the musical group Insane Clown Posse Dr. J Schoen is of course locally well known as being the original organizer of the first Jay Pride Parade and is believed to be the inspiration behind Stephen Kings novel "It"; "It" is a story about a sadistic predatory clown that lives in the sewers.
Welcome to the gates of Hell!
The devil incarnate Dr. J Schoen is the head clown here at Cassano Health Center. Jay supervises these demonic forces (they prefer to be called "doctors") and makes sure they will give you a one way ticket to hell on earth.
All aboard! They yell as they get as many passengers as they can on the Seroquel train.
I will do my best to describe this train ride Violent Jay and his subordinate clowns operate.
First they prescribe you drugs you don't need. Then lie to you and say the drugs don't have side effects. These psychotic clowns will tell you to take 2 pills twice a day. If your stupid enough to trust these sociopathic clowns you will first get irritable, then agitated, you go to bed but you don't sleep; then later the next day it creeps up on you. A fuzzy cloudy brain fog that evolves into an all-out assault on your body, mind, soul and spirit. It felt like repeatedly getting hit in the head with a baseball bat over and over and drowning at the same time. You can’t figure out what direction is up. It is like being in a giant side loading washing machine. This is what causes the "acting aggressive, being very angry" after an hour your thoughts turn to killing the person that did this to you. That is the “acting on dangerous impulses” The panic attacks come because you don’t know if the sensation of getting hit in the head with a baseball bat over and over and drowning while your soul is getting shredded is ever going to stop. You don’t know if it’s permanent damage especially since it’s been days since you took the “medicine”, and it should be out of your system by now. But the feeling of getting hit in the head with a baseball bat over and over and drowning while someone is stomping on your spirit like it’s a water balloon on the floor and they want to see it pop isn’t stopping. Then with all this new anxiety, you realize one option is killing yourself to make it stop. This is the “thoughts of suicide” That is how it works. The labeling is an understatement.
These clowns are trying to trap patients into addiction. It's part of their extreme antisocial agenda to trap the people who come to the Cassano Health Center. Dr. J Schoen tries to drag his patients into the sewer using the drug (Seroquel) that destroys your circulatory system, destroys your nervous system. A drug that causes Neroleptic Malignant Syndrome and Tardive Dyskinesia. Blood sugar going through the roof, cholesterol levels sky rocketing, rapid pulse rate and high blood pressure, memory loss and confusion equal to stage 3 Alzheimers, severe ringing in the ears, massive weight gain, and poor coordination. Numerous other ailments, including liver, kidney and pancreas damage, as well as diabetes and diabetes-related complications such as heart disease, blindness, comas and seizures. A drug so toxic it kills elderly patients. It will kill anyone who takes it long enough. If you try to stop taking it you go into severe withdrawal.
They prescribed me 2 a day for the rest of my life. The best part is what they prescribed it for.occasional insomnia!
Seroquel is antipsychotic medicine. It's not approved as a sleep aid. There were a bunch of lawsuits back in 2010 over this AstraZeneca had settled a lawsuit for $520 million with the US Department of Justice due to their illegal marketing of Seroquel during off-label uses and failure to warn the serious side effects caused by Seroquel. There were also 27 states in the US in 2011 who settled additional claims against the company for over $68 million.

The staff is very friendly but they are always running very behind. I waited almost 2 hours to see Dr webb for my initial appointment. He was very nice and very friendly. I then had a painful shoulder surgery. When I went in for my follow up I again waited well past my appointment time. Dr webb came in for my checkup and was in the room a couple mins and then rushed out. I realized after I left that in the rush I did not get a script for pain medication. I called first thing the next morning as they closed by the time I got home. I was told Dr webb wouldnt be in until the following wed but they would leave him a message. I called first thing today which is when they said he would be in. The assured me he had gotten the message and would review the case and they would let me know one way or the other if he would write a prescription I could pick up. Several hours later I called and left a voicemail to see what the status was as they would be closing soon and I needed the prescription before they closed. It is now past closing and I still have not heard anything. I guessthey don't care that someone 2 weeks post op from a very painful surgery is without pain meds.

Cassanos Health Clinic
Lower your expectations

If your expectations are that your doctor will listen to what you say then your expectations are too high for Cassanos health clinic.

If your expectations are that your doctor knows what they are doing or even what they are prescribing- your expectations are too high for Cassanos health clinic.

If your expectations are that your doctor isn't going to lie to you - your expectations are too high for Cassanos health clinic.

If your expectations are that your doctor isn't going to give you a bullcrap answer when you ask a question- your expectations are to high for Cassano's health clinic.

If your expectations are that your doctor isn't going to give you poison and expect you to take it, your expectations are to high for Cassano's health clinic.

If your expectations are that management is going to take corrective action to fix these flaws in their system; your expectations are too high for Cassano's health clinic.

They think my expectations are too high. They don't plan on changing anything.

This is my story:

I asked for a sleeping pill that I could take as needed for occasional insomnia and was prescribed an antipsychotic. The Dr.passed it off as a sleeping pill. The doctor lied when she said there were no side effects. Look up Seroquel. Among other things the label now warns against cardiovascular risks. So instead of taking 10 pills a year she wanted me to take 2 Seroquel a day, every day. This is bad medicine. In 3 days I was sicker than a dog. I couldn't sleep for days even after I stopped taking the medicine. I couldn't eat or even think. Thanks Dr. Delbono!
I don't understand how a general practitioner can prescribe psychiatric medicine.
In conclusion if your tired of being relatively healthy and don't have anything to do (including sleeping) for the next several weeks come see Dr. Delbono and ask for some sleeping pills for occasional insomnia. She will hook you up.

Larry Curly and Moe are better doctors than these clowns. Like Jeffrey Dalmer Maria Delbono is a sadist. Instead of giving me a sleep aid she poisoned me with something that made me want to kill myself. The poison kept me awake the better part of 2 weeks. I'm missing 70 plus hours of sleep that I wouldn't have missed if I didn't go to this itch.
This stupid itch got me! She got me good! She almost killed me.

I love my OBYGN. The staff every time sucks. Why are we waiting 30 mins in the lobby after our appointment time. First they want you there early.then want to ensure you make your co-payment.then give you lip. Please do better. If my appointment is at 1: 30. Please get me back at 1: 30. I guess mutually respect isn't an option.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The wait time is way too long. Getting anything answered or filled out is almost harder than pulling your own teeth. When you can only get anything through a dr one day a week, and some of the staff is extremely rude. Once you get in the rooms you're rushed. I won't ever recommend anyone to go there.

I've been going here since I was about 14 or 15. I am now 26 and I've had the same physician. She is amazing and the staff there are wonderful as well. I've never had to deal with unpleasant attitudes or unprofessionalism.

The ladies I spoke with in medical records were polite and helpful (Pat & Bernie, I think). Many times, outstanding customer service is difficult to find these days. These ladies were extraordinary!
