The supervisor Michelle is amazing! She goes above and beyond! She even took the time to helpe find the right bra and size Several times, and showed no sign of frustration. I'm very impressed with her, and all of the staff were super friendly, too.

Wow, talk about bad service! Not friendly at all. They had one person to let you into the store who was super nice. They have a great selection of items, but don't even think about getting help because the team is overworked, while the MOD just stood there was a clipboard, not really doing anything.

Come here for sleep wear and sweatshirt.
I like when the assistant ready to help say “anything for us to assist you with”. (Something like that).

The young girl that was working the front door the morning of February 25th had a really bad attitude after asking to get measured for a bra

The store looks very nice, too bad no sales ladies came up to help us find what we was looking for. We even had to ask where we needed to check out at after we finally did find someone, then still had to wait to check out.

As a man shopping for gifts in there I would say it's alright. There's a large selection, helpful and very friendly sales staff, and very clean and upscale. If my friend likes her gifts like I think she will then I will certainly be back to this one specifically.

Just stopped in for the 10 $35 sale and P
age rung us out. She was so super sweet. Very personable and customer service was above average. In today's world people have no customer service so I just wanted to give her a shout out. Also su chi was very helpful on the sales floor. Great job ladies:)

This place is very no nice. I really had a good experience there. They have the best intimate stuff there. An my sale lady was awesome. I Love Me some Cha Cha. She was so helpful. I will return again.

I'm a 15 year old boy and my mom and sister were in the fitting rooms but the music was perfect for Fortnite dancing.

Felt very uncomfortable in this store! Nobody helped me and when I asked to use a fitting room they just looked at me

I needed to replace a defective bra and the cashier treated me like scum even though I spent over $100 on other items. I really don't understand why I got so much attitude over an even exchange. Customer service was nonexistent.

I love their customer service they're always friendly and smiling and willing to answer any questions

The sales associates were very helpful helping me find what I need and suggested several items that I liked.

The sales clerk are very helpful they come to your Aid to assist you. YOU can also watch videos while shopping

I have never had such a negative retail experience. I had a coupon for a purchase. I wanted to do a return to use my coupon. Four people had to be called to see if they could do it. I asked to speak to the manager. Apparently she had another manager higher up than her that I was not speaking with initially. After 20 minutes, I found out there was another manager who could have helped me. I was in the end not allowed to save $20, a substantial amount. I've never felt so scammed and ashamed in a retail store. The over priced underwear and absolutely atrocious customer service is not worth it.

Smaller store but enough pink clothes. Very friendly staff. Have OSU, Youngstown and Kent clothing.
