Staff yell at you and seemed extremely paranoid about Covid which is understandable and I loved the precautions but you can still be polite- a little kindness goes a far way.

Associates were rude and didn't speak to me kindly. Tried to pay off a credit card balance and they wouldn't help me. I got charged 60 dollars in late fees. I couldn't make a prior payment due to covid and they had no reply and gave me and my son a dirty look.

Ask you if you need help at last minute and talk down larger people. Products are very good though.

The staff was very friendly but they are not very size inclusive. When I was there they mostly only had xs

I had a great experience at this location today! The weekend after Christmas, very busy afternoon, and I was still treated with such kindness and attention. Abby was manning the fitting rooms and even though the place was packed, she made sure that I and every other person there was being taken care of. Buying bras at the age of 46 is always an anxiety filled visit. Abby took that all away from me and made sure I was happy before I left my room. I will absolutely be back!

Love the selection and products offered. Staff is courteous, store is clean and always stocked, and its in a great location. Theres always something new, and the deals are great. Great place to get gifts, and skin care products, and the lingere is very sexy.

Great experience today! Natalie was awesome. She helped me from start to finish. I needed a bra fitting and consultation. She listened to what I wanted and brought me 5 different options. I brought my coupons and was also able to take take advantage of the buy 2 bras/get 1 free promo! Thank you Natalie!

I love Victoria's Secret. I'd rather visit it in a mall because that's what I'm used to. The ladies here were amazing and measured my daughter and myself. Only problem I had was 1 girl was slightly overbearing while I was shopping. She kept asking did I need items and I just wanted to shop.

I guess they let any idiot measure you here. She said I was a 32 D, you can take one look at me with clothes on and know I’m not a 32 D. I indulged her and tried on the bra and told her it didn’t fit. She then said we can try on other sizes. If I wanted to play guessing games I wouldn’t have spent the time to get measured. Your store is a joke.

I'm upset, I went there to exchange something, my husband bought for me on Christmas, and this store is tricky. They didn't give me the exchange like other stores, They almost took all my money for the item, they told me, if I want the exchange I have to pay more, for the same item. All what I wanted was another size. That's bullshit.
I was looking around and I asked an employee for leggings I thought it was too much for the price, and she gave me an unbelievable excuse. She said those leggings have been made with high technology.
That's why these clothes are too expensive, they think they made it in another planet.
I would definitely not recommend you to go there and loose your money. There's so many nice stores, believe me you'll get like 3 or 4 items instead of buying just 1 item.

The 3 girls that helped me were all amazing but Miranda really helped me find what I needed and she was so nice as well. Apparently I have been wearing entirely the wrong bra size for as long as I can remember. Who knew?

Everything you'd want from a VS store. Large selection of all their products, everything displayed well, and excellent customer service.

This is by far my favorite v.s. & pink store. It is big enough to move around in and it had two fitting rooms. Plus a girl actually in the fitting rooms asking if u need help! I give this store five thumbs up!

Michelle was very nice I ran in near close to exchange some bras and she let me in not knowing I was part of the L brands team thank you for the perfect experience

Nice store and sales people. But I think it could catch up with the times by adding wifi for customers.

They measured me, helped me try on different styles, and located the exact drawers for my preference! That day everything was 40% off too which helped the pocket book.

I'm a guy. It was Black Friday. I survived. (Staff was friendly and helpful and seemed to empathize with my plight.)
