Victoria's Secret & PINK, Mentor OH

Ok, I am NOT a Victoria's Secret kind of girl. I am not a fan of labels, or floofy girlie things in general, and I've always considered it extravagant and out of my price range. HOWEVER. I recently took my teens to the mall, and have been, all summer, searching for a decent strapless bra. So in I go. The employees were friendly and helpful, the store was spotless and perfectly organized, the prices were.not nearly as high as I thought, and I left totally sold on the brand. Maybe it's post pandemic retail therapy, but I am now a fan, especially of the sweet women at this particular store.

Had a return- 1w/receipt & 1w/o but still had tags. Cust service was VERY kind in assisting, and one went IMMEDIATELY back to card that it was purchased on and the 2nd came back on gift card. The employees here are always kind to me.

Employees need too learn how to keep there comments to themselves. I was ask my bra size by the greeter at the front entrance, and she laugh at me- as if I was making up the bra size,

Just like every other Pink location. Here shopping for my daughter. Here on a weekend & had to wait in line to get into the store, definitely would have passed but spending GC $ from her bday. In my opinion item quality could be better with the high prices.

One of the store associates screening people at the entrance asked what I was looking for before I even stepped past the threshold as if she were the person that would leave her post to help me. I was sort of offended, I did purchase some great leggings and panties 5/$30.

Very helpful staff. Always willing to help a guy find out what size his woman really is versus what we think their size is. Also helpful for trying to figure out what the name of the style of panties she wears. Keeps it from being awkward.

Everyone working at this store is always cheerful and helpful! It's very clean, neat and organized. Love it!

I came in at 8: 30 pm, and they were closing 9pm. The lady who helped me was awesome! She kept telling me not to worry about us closing. I tried on multiple things that she found for me. She was so helpful and understanding. Great service! I also love the cashier Nick. He was also awesome and sweet. Thanks again for helping me find what I need.

This is my store love the panties and bra sale mostly when i come and the pajamas when their on sale.me and my daughter always shopping in here

All the workers were helpful on finding everything I needed but they need to work on sizing customers better. Also, the old lady cashier with the glasses on was rushing me and my family to hurry up because there was another person in line. If you don’t enjoy your job why work at VS? She needs to attitude check and maybe to retire. You aren’t 25 anymore.

I took my 10 year old in for her first fitted strapless and the sales person, Sam, made her feel so comfortable. She now wants Pink gift cards so she can go shopping for more.

Love this place great selection & customer service great setup & appearance always clean & smells good.seems like they often have sales especially on their underwear

They had a terrific selection of styles and colors 20 years ago. What they offer now is limited.

The staff isnt judgemental when they help size. I'm always worried about that cause I'm plus sized
