I only come here when I get the free panty coupon in the mail lol or I wait for the sales to happen. Everything else seems far fetched in price. Anytime I come here the staff is helpful and always asking if I need a basket or anything.

Some things I like in were. But the pink bra. They are so uncomfortable and always have wires poking and pushing everywhere. Okay store but very over-rated

I love VS products. The sales are awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Store well organized.

I’m so surprised at the positive feedback on the staff at this location. If you want to wait in line for 25 mins with two people ahead of you, be around stuck up and less than informative staff who lack basic communication and customer service skills, Definitely go here! They are rude, laugh at you, and intentionally act like they do not care. What a joke, the red head old manager is the worst of them all. She’s obviously the reason her staff or fellow employees feel comfortable mocking and treating customers like they are less than or unimportant. I will never go back. Obviously it’s hard to stay away from VS but definitely choose a different location. Every single person working yesterday should be fired because I am CERTAIN I am one of MANY to have been or going to be mistreated.

Rude. Rude. Rude. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service my mother and I received. We were rudely talked back to after trying to receive an explanation about a purchase from an employee who was on her break. She was sarcastic and spoke to us while eating a banana and crackers. She even laughed behind my mother’s back to a fellow employee. There is no way she should have been allowed to interact with a customer while on her break. She had no right talking back to us and treating us like dirt. She deserves to be fired.

Love this place absolutely amazing customer service and amazing people!
