Victoria's Secret & PINK, Dayton OH

Just left the store. Clearly said I was looking for a teddy or something around $40 lingerie wise. She tried to push a credit card and bras on me. That's not what I was there for. She knew that. Heard her and management talking about all the different things they need to push to sell before I grabbed my coat and booked it out of there. I get that this is a business and everyone needs to sell items. But don't push things on people they clearly don't want

The store was very clean and beautifully organized, and had a great selection. But the woman assisting me was the best part of my experience. Paige was extremely attentive, and spent a lot of one on one time with me making sure I found the perfect fit for my first VS bra purchase. She really went the extra mile. I will be a lifetime customer thanks to Paige!

Only problem with this store they do not cater to bigger woman. 1x, 2x and higher.nope not a thing to fit!
If they sold to bigger woman.perhaps they would make alot more money.their business would skyrocket. Big woman like to be pretty too

Most staff are more than friendly some not so much. But in fairness I don't visit for friends I like their items

Was great friendly service by all employees other than the chic that actually rang me out at the register and I dont remember her name. She has waited on me a couple different times and doesn't have very good customer service to be working with the public in that volume of a store.

Love how they have their sprays on sale all most all of the time! They don't make anything I don't love!

So crowed near the holidays and with so many displays cases and people opening drawers to find things you cannot move in this store. Very little stock of average sizes too. Don't love the store set up.

Not good at keeping things stocked on the shelves seemed like every thing I liked on a display was out of on shelves. Happened multiple times. Next time I'll just go to Westchester or order online. Waste of time.

Speaking as a male, I feel like shopping here should be an awkward experience but it certainly isn't. The staff is super courteous and remarkably helpful each and every time. The store is always picture perfect even through the Christmas onslaught. Can't say enough great things about my trips here. Good thing because my wife is totally addicted to everything "Pink".

I was able to find what I was looking for, but without acknowledgement or assistance from the young lady working the floor. The wait time to be checked out was painfully long.

Check out was pleasant and quick. I was able to get some good deals.

Cute store! I love their fragrances and they have a nice selection. I definitely recommend shopping in the store vs on line. Personally, unless it is a gift, I'll try to stick with items on sale. I think their prices are a bit high.

Not sure about this location just yet. My wife and I just went there over the weekend and spent over $200 on products and was expecting to get the “free” cozy blanket with $75 purchase. When I asked about it I was told they were sold out. I was waiting for the manager to offer something else but nothing came about. Not only did it happen this time, but our last time as well. We were supposed receive a tote bag of some sort and told they “sold out” as well. Im not sure if Victoria’s Secret uses this as a lure to get more customers in, but good returning customers appreciate things like this.

I'd rate this location 0 stars if it were an option. Spending money shouldn't be so frustrating and doesn't have to be when there are choices in shopping. I strongly urge anyone to patronize nearby locations if you want customer service without an attitude from even the manager, more specifically. Maybe she was having a badd day, but customer shouldn't feel the brunt of that and should be treated respectfully and greeted.
