They replaced my Heating and Cooling System October 2021, which continues to work great. I couldn't be happier. They will continue to be who I trust for routine maintenance. It's a relief to have such a dependable, trustworthy company I can count on for my HVAC needs. If you need a great company you can trust who won't rip you off this is the company you should call.

Excellent. Arrived on time, business poise, friendly and knowledgeable. Performed Spring preventive maintenance, cleaning and tune up for AC system. Communicated outcome of check up with good news. He made recommendation for filter within next two months and advised us of a small replacement part that was working but not at peak performance. No pressure for purchase but we chose to not wait and have both put in while the service man was here. He put both in for us and we are very happy to have this service. We feel like our unit is well maintained to meet the 90 degree temperature weeks ahead. Exceptional company and personnel.

He was very friendly. My daughter was here and the three of us joked around a little. It wasn't like he came in and did his job and immediately left. It was nice that he was friendly.

My technician was very knowledgeable. My top floor was not cooling like the rest of the condo and all he needed to do was adjust the dampers. I had no idea what he was talking about so he took the time to explain to me what he was doing. He also told me I would have to do the same thing in the winter. He was very friendly, funny, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for such a great experience!

Victory came out within 3 hours and quickly repaied the heat pump for my swimming pool. Dave, the technician was great and was able to make the repairs without ordering new parts, which got my heater running within an hour.

Great experience using Victory Air to fix our pool heater. Dave was friendly and professional and took the time to explain what needed fixing. 10/10 would recommend.

Requested to have furnace and a/c checked. Representative advised technicians could be out same day. I agreed and two technicians came out. I advised furnace was operating but not blowing warm air, and a/c was diagnosed by Geiler and hone warranty technicians to have leaked refrigerant due to issue with Shrader valve in furnace closet. Victory Air technician joked that it could cost a million dollars to repair. He advised furnace needed to be started a couple times, but was working fine. He advised he put something in the a/c system outdoors to check it, but did not find any leaks. He then checked the system inside the furnace closet and found leak as advised by previous technicians. He calculated charges at more than $500, and advised it would be hundreds more to repair the a/c. I asked for a print-out of work and charges and signed tablet to get estimates. Beware! Always ensure companies and technicians provide you a written request and estimate before they touch or proceed with anything.checks, estimates, etc! Haven't yet followed-up with representative to find out whether this is customary with their company.

I've been looking for a while to have somebody come and maintenance our AC and furnace our technician was Dave he was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable answered all my questions did a fantastic job and was very polite and professional I highly recommend you guys thanks so much for all you do

Tom and his team at Victory Air Mechanical are professional, and courteous. Even more important they are knowledgeable and able to diagnose and repair jobs that other HVAC outfits either couldn’t fix or made faulty repairs. Victory is my go to HVAC service provider for both my residence and business including rooftop units.

Tom recommended a mini split system for our home, Tom explained everything to us how the system works and how this will help save money on electric bills and how the install will go. The technicians were all very professional and friendly. They got the install done very quickly. Our house feels comfortable and cool! We can't thank you all enough!

The technician was here before the scheduled time (after calling to see if it was ok to come sooner) and was very friendly and pinpointed the problem quickly. I was so grateful to have heat afain on a very cold day!
