It's a nice salon but I was not satisfied with my cut or style which I ended up styling myself before I could leave.

Horrible! I have blonde hair that was turned into a disaster 3 mo before my wedding. Wanted high n low lights I ended up with half black hair with the next area chunky high lights and black drip spots all over! Lots of hot root spots as well! Wanted lights brown low lights not black! Refused to give money back! If I could rate a 0 I would! Wish I could post pics

Easy and convenient online booking. Staff was Professional, friendly, and skillful. High quality salon for sure. Lauren did a great job on my braids and Addy did a great job on my friends haircut.

They are great. They care about their customers they do a great job with my hair every time I come in I can’t wait to get my hair done again I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Tracy was absolutely amazing! I have never dyed my hair and she calmed my nerves and helped with each choice. She blended it perfect and I already booked my next appointment!

Unfortunately the first experience I had with this salon was not great. My stylist canceled on me an hour prior. Rescheduled for later in the day and it wasn’t until halfway through my appointment I found out it wasn’t her cutting my hair. But a newer stylist. She did a nice job but had to ask another stylist multiple times how to cut my hair. The second chance I gave them was just as disappointing. I will be trying a new salon. I’m sure I caught them on off times, but was disappointed as someone new to town.

I have been going to Ellyn for almost 3 years now and every single time I come in is an amazing experience. All the employees do such an amazing job and are always so nice to talk to while getting my hair down. I always recommend Ellyn and the rest of the staff to anyone needing their hair done. She has also cut my husbands and daughters hair and has always done an amazing job!

Very unhappy with my hair and the customer service I received here. After my initial appointment of highlights and a haircut, the color was not even and I had a yellow band near my root and uneven toning throughout. I've been getting my hair colored for years so knowing that sometimes it takes a few washes for the toning to even out, I waited with the hope that would happen. When it did not, I booked a second appointment to have this corrected (and was not told at any point the salon's policy on corrective appointments), which was another three hours that ultimately did not fix the problem. The staff then tried to charge me full price for another set of highlights and toning. The two stylists I had were very nice, but after this experience I would not recommend this salon.

Lauren did an amazing job and she was a delight to work with! Atmosphere was very cozy, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great place to get all of your salon needs. My wife is a client of Tracy's and she does fabulous work. My wife raves everytime she comes home about how well she gets treated and feels like a princess. No complaints and the prices are reasonable.
