Village West Apartments, Lebanon OH

Great floor plan.clean.new carpet + appliances + windows.the one story layout is great and it’s a very quiet community.betty helped me get set and did an amazing job.

This review is from years ago. And yes, I have the right place. If things have changed, good.

Betty did an awesome job helping me move in. This place is quiet but also close to downtown. The building having only one floor is very nice, it makes a huge difference. Out of the three apartments I've had, this is my favorite.

Betty was phenomenal and made the move in process so smooth. She made sure to answer all questions and had solutions for every small hiccup we’ve had thus far. She went above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for our new transition. Great experience!

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and have had an amazing experience so far. From pre-tour communication to the actual move-in process Betty was extremely helpful and kind. Even as a resident with questions and concerns, my phone calls have been promptly returned by Betty and addressed very nicely. I feel cared about both as a renter and as a person in this community!

This was meant for 3 and half stars. I was really impressed by the remodeling of the Village West Apartment. It was really nice both inside and outside. Betty made the move in process simple.

However, the cons are toilet seat is too small and do not like how the sink is not in the bathroom. Betty worked very hard to figure out an alternative for the toilet seat, but nothing else can be done. I really like the Cambridge Apartments in Mason better, but there was a conflict with another tenant already signed a lease for that unit. So disappointed right after I filled out the application, then found out that it was taken. When my lease is up, I am seeking other alternatives. Overall, Betty was amazing, and I recommend the properties.

Betty is a down-to-earth, fun to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable contact rep for Village West. I really loved working with her from the first minute we met. She even wrote a nice thank you note and said she would check in on us soon. She really was the best! I can also wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex, with several locations available. They also have all the basics covered with Dave, an excellent maintenance man - THANK YOU SO MUCH, BETTY!

Betty was absolutely amazing and understanding of my situation to get me in quickly. So far it’s been amazing and hope to stay here until it’s time for the next step in my life.

Very well located and perfect price. Betty was very professional and when showing me the apartment, she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Betty made finding my first apartments easy and simple. Highly recommend!

Just moved in here today Betty is a very nice person she worked with me every step of the way very nice apartment very quiet and very pleased!
