They rarely ever answer their phones. Miraculously when I went in today to purchase a giftcard they were all about answering the phones and scheduling appointments instead of taking care of the clients in line at the spa. 2 people working the front desk cashing out the same person and answering calls to book appointments. I ended up leaving. Not giving my service to unprofessional front desk people who are scheduling appointments instead of taking care of who’s in line at the spa. Glad I took my service to docere instead.

I started going to Vio initially for Botox. Now, Botox, chemical peels, and micro needling are my go to treatments. Love them all. Recently I invested in Coolscultping treatments with Stephanie to get rid of stubborn belly fat. Oh. My. God. I look in the mirror every day and think it’s a mirage. The results exceeded my expectations beyond description. Seriously. I have a flat tummy for the first time in my life. My clothes fit better. I feel better. Worth every single dollar.

Absolutely LOVED Holly. It was my first time doing fillers so I was a bit nervous, but she put all my nerves at ease. Very knowledgeable and informative. I will definitely be back!

Ioanna and Zuri are amazing and made my experience there absolutely wonderful! I went for a hydrafacial and received incredible service and I can’t wait to go back and see them both. I have been going to VIO Med spa for almost a year now as a VIP member and am always happy with the service, staff, results and products! The staff is amazing and did a great job of making me feel safe today with all the Covid guidelines they follow.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I just want to say that since I started going to VIO Med Spa well over a year ago my skin has really been just glowing. I joined the VIP program last December after going to Olivia at at Ohio City Med Spa. She was working at both locations and I decided I needed to go wherever she goes. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me get the right products for my skin and got me on a skincare routine that works for me! Nurse Ashley also is amazing and has helped me achieve exactly what I want. She is so patient and kind. EVERYONE there is always so friendly and informative. I couldn't ask for a better experience, Thank you VIO!

The VioMedSpa Team in Strongsville was amazing! They made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the process in connection with my treatment. Beverly Perri in particular was impressive. Beverly explained everything to me in great detail, so that there were no surprises and then followed-up afterwards to confirm the treatment went well and I was satisfied. I highly recommend VioMedSpa, Beverly and her team provide great service!

They need better receptionist / front desk personal, they are not friendly when you call to get an appointment.

I am so BLESSED to have come across VIO MED SPA. I can't say enough about Ashley, Beverly, Connie, Sydney and Tonya! They have been so patient with me. Taking as much time as I need, educating me, explaining EVERYTHING to me NEVER making me feel like a burden to them. Every service I have had has been AMAZING! The staff has heard my concerns and have gone out of their way to make sure I am 100% satisfied! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Love you ALL! You are absolutely the BEST!

I didn’t want to do this, it’s embarrassing for me and Im always reticent to leave a negative review, but please be wary of the injector here (Ashley). Her first meeting w me consisted of her bashing the injector before her (who I went to for 2 years without issue and absolutely adored) and telling me I needed to buy all kinds of new products that weren’t even relevant to me. I should’ve known in that moment to run. It’s too long a story to put on here, but I was talked into a procedure (not even a cosmetic one-it was for teeth grinding) that I didn’t want or ask for. The side effects and possible issues weren’t explained-in fact, the opposite was done. When I asked about concerns and said I didnt want it done bc I was worried about side effects, I was told nothing could go wrong bc it’s so routine and not for cosmetic purposes and she would even use a lower amount than normal (which if it’s placed into the wrong place-it doesn’t matter how little the amount injected is). Almost immediately after I caved and tried it, I was told of Ashleys own bad experience w it. Well, all my fears came true. My face drooped, my eyes were sunken, my smile was paralyzed, and all the work and time and money spent prior was completely lost. This small procedure was done incorrectly and cost me not only jobs, but my has greatly affected my mental health. It was admitted to that it was done the wrong way, but the office and injector still wouldn’t even see me. They told me to come in to fix it and then for 3 months had no availability or someone had just stepped out etc. (but would be on Instagram advertising open time slots). It’s been costly in so many ways. Ive spent thousands to try and fix it. And to add insult to injury, i am trapped in a contract here and am forced to pay a place that has done great damage to me and does not care. I now have to see a neurologist to see if the damage is permanent. My advice is go with your gut. If you don’t want to do something, don’t have someone talk you into it. And do your research bc some ppl (like the injector before her) are there to add value and give you a good experience and results. They want you to come back bc you love it, not because you have to try and fix the damage done. Others just want to make money and it doesn’t matter who they hurt in the process. I would still be upset if this happened and they helped me and took responsibility, but not enough to now take action in a different way. It’s too bad bc I really, truly loved this place before. I felt like they had my best interest at heart, not just their bottom line.

My experiences at Vio Med spa take beauty and wellness to another level. The estheticians are extremely educated on product knowledge (best products around) and non invasive skin tightening procedures. Not to mention they are always adding different treatments. I prefer this place over any for microneedling and the results have improved my skin texture greatly for being in my 40’s.

I’ve seen Ashely as well and I love how she is always up to date on new techniques that require the least amount of downtime with minimal bruising. I hear she goes to LA to learn all her techniques. I love that she never over sells me to try and make money for the spa. I trust the people that work here and I would definitely recommend this place over any.
