Been calling to get my rent paid for days and have not received a call back, I even sent out emails and my and only one email they responded to. I came up to the office which is very far from me and they was closed. How can I get my papers filled out to pay my rent if nobody is in the office or I don’t get a respond back.

I called to inquire about a couple properties they had listed and it went from 1 person to another on the automated system and nobody ever picked up the phone. I was looking for a home and they obviously didn't care that may be why the office is looking run down.

Have no electricity for over 24 hours. No one is contacting me back. My 2 year old has cancer. And they are ignoring us. The maintenance man cut electric wires when I first moved in. It surged out the house and my surge protector caught on fire, the stove blew and the furnace went out and my personal washer. Now I have partial electricity. We are freezing, can't cook or nothing. Now they are saying I should have called back if no one never showed up and I've called several times. It is documented.

I tried to get a rental but they literally never answer you, after 6 weeks of barely a response I gave up. They don't care.

I have been trying to reach my property manager for my rental property for over a week. I have left a message and 2 texts no reply. I am getting little upset.
