I've been going to Vision Professionals for many years. My vision had required strong correction for nearsightedness and astigmatism. When my cataracts got bad enough to be covered medically 3 years ago, I got a referral for cataract surgery with lens replacement, which was life changing - no more glasses except for reading!

Now I still go for an annual checkup to look for any eye disease or abnormality, as I have some family history of macular degeneration. I've had Dr. Menner for several years and have nothing but good things to say about her.

I needed a same day appointment and was able to make one. Dr. Panda was very very nice; however, she ordered a salve for my eye that was not to be used in the eye. Fortunately, the pharmacy caught it and she changed it.

Called to have glasses rx filled and office staff were very warm and welcoming! Met with Shawn who did an amazing job and I will definitely return. Great selection of frames!

Professional staff to support the docs. On-time for keeping appointments. Complete explanations to my queries. Dr Menner is a confidence builder as I deal with aging-vision issues.

I went to this office for my dry eyes. Dr Panda was very nice. She made me feel very comfortable. I was able to ask questions and she made sure I understood everything she was telling me. I am very confident that she will be able to help.

Excellent work done by this Team! I’ve bn a patient here for 1 1/2 yrs coming from OSU due to insurance changes. I have nothing bad to say and truly appreciate the expertise of Dr. Menner and the other staff members being very supportive and assistive with willingness to explain and explore available options for my sensitive eye care management. They have exceptional bedside manner and high tech equipment. Would definitely recommend this comprehensive vision practice!

Dr Smiley and staff are the best! Dr Smiley genuinely cares about giving you the best vision possible. Last year I had a very painful scratch on my eye that he repaired immediately. This year he changed my contacts so I can see distance and still read up close. No more taking reading glasses off and on! The entire staff is very friendly and professional.

The group at this location has always been professional, courteous, and enjoyable to be associated with. Spent several weekly visits with them, due to some work I was doing with them, so this review is based over a longer period of time. Highly recommend.
