Vision Source Hamilton

I had my eyes examined at Vision Source. They were very thorough. And more expensive than I had imagined.

I went in for a exam and they told me my insurance was basically garbage without even looking at it properly. When in fact they used the wrong insurance and charged me for things I didn't agree to do. Since I was a first time customer I figured it was just a normal thing for their office. On top of that the receptionist treated me like I was scum because they thought my insurance was low tier and they wouldn't get the amount of money they would if I had top tier insurance. Will not be back and I advise any new customers look at everything they charge you for and make sure they are using the right insurance.

Not Much To Say. Everyone Was Nice! ~I Just Wish They Would Have Listened To Me. I Wish I Could Have Spoken To The Doctor More!

The office as a whole is efficient and personable. I was in and out in an hour (which is usual for here) and felt I had a thorough exam. Dr. Nye answered all questions.

Always friendly, thorough and efficient. In light of the current health orders, I as pleased with the level of extra care taken to keep the patient and staff safe.

As usual all staff is very professional and enjoyable to be around. Would recommend Vision Source to all for their eye care.

The friendly and professional staff at Vision Source have been my choice for eye care for close to 25 years. I am confident in their ability to diagnose my vision and eye health, help with the selection and fit of glasses and work with me when my glasses need a tune up.

Everyone was very helpful and glad they could work me in and to find out everything was alright.

My son & I love Vision Source. We got great service & found glasses we liked. I just wish they had a bigger selection & more colors in the Medicaid insurance glasses. I know that probably isn't Vision Source's doing.

First off I'd like to point out that the office workers are all very polite, and amazing. The office is clean, and neat. I love Dr. Morgan. I haven't been to the eye Doctor in about 12 years. My eyes have been bothering me for awhile. She was so understanding, and caring of my issues. She is amazing. I would highly recommend Vision Source Hamilton.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take their time and never make us feel rushed. My wife had a contact emergency on a Saturday. Dr. Nye was out of town but called back to see what was going on and give his advice. On Monday morning, someone from the office called to follow up and see if everything was OK.

Dr. Nye took great care of my son and myself for years and we'd still use him if we had not moved so far away.

I took my 93 year old mom to Dr Nye for her eye exame. The nurses and Dr Nye were very friendly and very thorough. Mom even said they did more as far as the eye exam than other places. Never felt rushed and my mom is hard of hearing and they were very helpful repeating things. Highly recommend them

Staff is very friendly, they even laugh at my bad jokes. My father was an OD, and when I move here, he called a retired colleague who lives in the area and he recommended Dr. Nye. Great advice.
