I took my mom here about a month ago and she ordered some glasses and put down a couple hundred dollars deposit on them. After a few weeks my mom received a Message saying that the frames that she had chosen we’re not available. First of all, why did it take so long to let her know that those frames were not available? Second, when she called she was told that the person that she needed to speak with was busy and that she would call her back. She was never called back by this person. My mom called and asked for this person another day and was told that she was out to lunch and that she would call her back when she returned. That person never returned her call. After finding this out I decided to personally call and ask for a manager. I was told that the manager was busy and that I would be given a call back. I was never called back. I then called a second time asking for the manager on a different day. Once again I was told that the manager was busy and that I would be called back. I was never called back. This level of customer service is totally unacceptable for any business. My mom still has no idea what is going on with her glasses.

The Dr was great.the quality of the lenses is questionable.the Scratch resistance is worthless. I work in an office. I use the spray given me to clean my glasses and typically with the cloth. They are scratched terribly in less than 6 months. This is my second set. I went in for an adjustment, and mentioned the scratchhes; I was asked how i clean them and when i told them with the spray and sometimes with a tissue, well that's the problem, the tissue is paper and paper is wood (yes that is what she said), that and my hair. Oh and once there is 1 scratch, they will scratch easier. I have $3.00 reading glasses that have held up 3x longer.

Very bad experience. Purchased 2 pair of what were supposed to be no line bifocals. When i went to pick up my glasses the sunglasses were lined. I had told the tech no lines 3 times! Then.they wanted to charge me an add'l $72 dollars to fix their mistake. Even spoke to an office manager Betsy.just ended up getting all my money I had paid back. I will take my business elsewhere to a company with some kind of customer service! I used to go to Visionmakers years ago.had a bad experience.thought I would give them another try. See that things have not changed in 15 years.

Very sad such an awesome Dr but they require a mask to be worn to come in and get an exam or pick up glasses but they want you to buy one

Everyone that I interacted with was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained things in detail.

Awesome place! Great staff, great doctors! I was lost but they helped me from visit to walking out! It was cool being seen by a fellow bald man!

I have been a patient at Vision Makers for over 10 yrs. Dr Fenton has taken really good care of me and my family. Staff is always friendly and professional.

The office is more than welcoming and accommodating and extremely friendly I’ve never had a bad experience! I’ve been seeing Dr. Fenton since I was 6 Years old I couldn’t recommend a better eye doctor. I’ve never had a visit where he wasn’t in a great mood. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from and the place always looks nice and clean.

Laurie fixed my glasses on the spot and they take thier time are personable people that enjoy their jobs. It really is a family place and you feel welcome inside.

Friendly staff. Doctors are great! Appointment ran on time and they offer good appointment times to go around a work schedule.

I’ve been Dr. Fenton’s patient for over 20 years. I’ve had emergencies and random issues occur with my vision/contacts/and or glasses and they always correct the issue within a few days. Amber is hands down one of the best receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. This coming from a cancer patient with 15+ doctors-so I deal with a lot of receptionist. She even remembers my name when I come in and I don’t expect that whatsoever with their practice as busy as it is. I highly recommend Visionmakers, I wouldn’t be coming back year after year if I didn’t think they were great.

The staff members at every level have the perfect combination of friendly and professional attitudes that makes our visit pleasant. Keep up the good work and continue the team spirit.

I have been seeing Dr. Fenton for a long time, he is always upbeat and happy and makes you feel as if you are his only patient when he is with you. The customer service by the rest of the office is fantastic, every time I have had any issue no matter how small they are super accommodating and take care of it right away. As long as they are open and Dr. Fenton is practicing, they will be my eyecare for life.

Great eye doctor and great staff. Even helped watch my son while I got my exam. I’d highly recommend it this place to everyone.
