I had an excellent experience the Representative was knowledgeable, patient with explaining my coverage and providing guidance on helping me select the lenses best suited for my needs. Also it was nice learn about the warranty on the frames. I would patronize the company again!

Had really good experience buying glasses and frames. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and received finished pair quickly. I can see way way better and clearer vs.the Walmart pair I’ve had forever. And it’s same prescription. Awesome deal on Nike frames as well.

I will not choose VisionWorks ever again for my glasses. I wasn't going to place a review but this has bothered me for awhile and now that I have glasses I'm satisfied with by a different Vision company I'd like to share so others won't experience this. Last year was my first visit to VW and the first time in over 20 years I was advised I had to have three pairs of glasses. One pair with a blue light for screen viewing, one pair for regular wear and separate sunglasses because my glasses could not have transition lenses. It didn't not make sense to me at the time. But I now know it did not make sense because the information I was given was false. This year I went to a private practice and was able to gain all I needed in just one pair of glasses.
I am truly disappointed in visionworks and the lack of integrity displayed by the optician assisting me. Repeat customer satisfaction is built on trust.

Been coming here for over 10 years for eye care. Came for my 2 year exam, Dr Gordon was thorough and pleasant!
The check in ladies were pleasant.
Asked for 2 pair of glasses I purchased 2 years ago be adjusted, the person who came to assist was insulting, said these glasses were old, and dated, and are no longer carried by the company, and turned up her nose at my glasses. The snide remarks were inappropriate. I was going to shop and purchase new glasses, but decided it was best I take my long standing business elsewhere. My next exam I will choose a different location.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gordon. He was professional, skilled and took the time to acknowledge all of my concerns. My visual acuity had declined due to medication and my age however, I gained significant clarity through the exam and lens that I did not know was possible and I am thankful.

Optometrist was great! Staff was rude and unconcerned to solve an issue and never followed up with me to say I would receive a refund. I had to call repeatedly. Customer Service is key! Or did Covid rob of us this basic courtesy?

They never answer the phone. I have been calling for two weeks and it says they're open but no one ever answers the phone. I know its the right number because of the voicemail.

I have been waiting at the Visionworks eye exam office. No one was by the desk. After a while, a staff just walked by me and ignored me. Later, a man came to me and told me that the staff just left to take a lunch break. It happened at 2: 20 pm on a work day in Beachwood Mall. If there was zero star, I would rate it 0.

It was an amazingly safe clean & professional experience from the screening upon entry to receptionist for Dr. Gordon and onto his assistant as well as Dr. Gordon. They are always pleasant and efficient. I was just here yesterday & it's still absolutely dynamic in every aspect

Visionworks team is always able to get me and my family in and out within a hour. All the workers are pleasant throughout the entire process. I will definitely refer others to this location!

Came here more than 6 times just for two pairs of glasses, since the measurements were taken incorrectly. Today I arrived right after 6, and was trying to pick up a pair that arrived at the store last week, but the ladies inside do not even care, they did not even bother coming to the door to talk to me. I was hesitant to leave a review, but after experiencing such bad customer experience today, i’m done with this. I’m just picking up a pair, and I really would like to thank whoever took the measurements wrong at the first place, since you wasted too much of my time.

Dr. Gordan is the absolute best. And the ladies at the desk. I would go anywhere else. Been with them for over 16 years or more. Polite, friendly professional and personable.

Dr. Gordon is always so professional and kind. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with my eyes, and what we should expect in the future. He’s got an amazing device that takes a picture of the interior of you eyes then he’s able to pull it up on a computer screen and go over the images with you. I’m very happy to have Dr. Gordon as my doctor, and will continue to see him for as long as possible

First time here. Hard to find, I Didn't know it was located inside Beachwood Mall. Service was great.
