Worst experience, lied to by assistant manager and Dr. Shah. At previous appointment was told about a cataract that needed to be removed and to come back and have my exam then. Dr. Shah told the assistant in front of my wife and myself there was no exam and there would be no charge. Dr. Shah told me that my vision would change as a result of surgery. After successful cataract surgery, I returned for my exam for new glasses. I was told I today that they did, in fact, turn the previous visit in to my insurance and needed to pay $ 35.00 today. Dr. Shah lied to me and I do not due business with scammers. We will take our business to another eye center that respects patients and will tell all our family and friends about your poor treatment of customers.

Marco and Karla were wonderful and such a blessing. I was helped quickly. They are so nice and very knowledgeable and had a suggestion I hadn't thought of that helped me greatly. I'm grateful to God for them.

Very nice people, very knowledgeable, had a great selection of glasses, just really enjoyed the environment.

The most thorough eye exam for the price! Great eye doctor. Very matter-of-fact dealing with my eye issues. I just wish she would have been a bit more compassionate with my needs and spent more time with me showing her concern. I left not quite knowing what hit me and needing time to process my issues. Meanwhile, great frame selection and very knowledgeable optician, Laurie, who guided me through the lens selection process.

We had a great experience working with Lyn Gartin at the Easton location. She took the time to explain insurance benefits and each step of the purchasing process including frame selection. She made the process simple and even fun!

The glasses I bought are good quality, and the doctor did a good job.
My complaints are as follows.
The glasses won't be ready same day. Expect to wait up to 2 weeks.
The frames are more expensive than my previous optometrist. And their selection isn't as broad.
But my insurance won't cover my old doctor.

This Visionworks location is great! It has been super easy to get in and out of the office and the staff is very courteous. Dr. Shah is very professional and helps to make the experience great. Highly recommend

I purchased my glasses 6 months ago and I purchased scratch protection and my glasses fell on the ground and the fall was only 3 inches and they were scratched. I went back to the store and was told they would not replace the lenses and it would cost me $300 for replacement lenses.why is this before i went to another provider and if my glasses became damaged, they would replace them for free and that’s what i was told when i purchased my glasses and now they are less than a year old and i have to spend over $300 to replace the lenses don’t purchase the scratch protection it doesn’t work

reach out to customer service and no one return my email and my glasses that i paid for scratch coating are still scratch

Still an EXCEPTIONAL business that continues to adapt to growing market trends. My daughter and I had exams done Friday early afternoon. She had a more complex exam due to having some eye issues that require some complicated correcting. I received a text message at 10am on Monday, yes MONDAY, less than 3 days later, saying both of our glasses were ready. Amazing.

Also- they currently have glasses organized by shape and then prices ascending from $69 and up. Very easy to shop within your budget and find the exact shape that fits you best with ease! You won't spend a ton of time trying to find the exact pair that looks best and is in your price range. Perfect organization to streamline the process of "picking out frames". It took my daughter and I less than 5 minutes to pick the frame we both ended up buying.

2019:
After having an optometrist try to pull a fast one on my husband, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, helpfulness and personal attention I received at Visionworks. The exam was done quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff as I scanned their massive selection of frames trying to find the best look. Most importantly, I appreciate the HONESTY and straight forwardness of their staff, who cared more about making my experience a pleasant one and not about making a buck off someone. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I got two of my glasses here. My husband got one. The third time, I'm about to get another one I asked for a schedule for an eye exam. They gave me 12: 20 pm today. I was late and came in at 12: 31 but they took a walk in right before I walked in so my appt.was canceled and they didn't put me in the schedule. Why waste my time?

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided above and beyond treatment. Though my contacts are on back order, the staff gave me a couple of pairs until my order arrives.

The only thing I feel should be improved on is geting calls out for clients to come pick their glasses when it's ready, having waited 3 weeks for mine and only for me to call and find out they Have the glasses already was just not cool.

Susan was amazing. She stayed late to help us get our glasses ordered. She is very knowledgeable on what all is covered by different plans and was so kind us. She deserves a raise!

Honestly, it was just lovely to see people happy in their workplace and paying it forward. Friendly, attentive (without that cloying corporate feel) and yeah- enthusiastic even! Can't wait to return.
