I’m ok with a copay but then to be told there’s an additional $20 copay for the associate selling glasses? Pretty unheard of. I mentioned I already paid my copay and was told “the front office has nothing to do with the back. ” $20 for some kind of eye X-ray that I found out the eye doctor doesn’t use, look at or need. Why ask people if they want it then if it has no purpose? Nice selection of glasses but that’s it.

The staff was very professional and patient. She went out of her way to find me a great pair of glasses. Thank you so much.

Took 19 days to get my glasses. Website no help. Chat is a robot. Couldn't use virtual try on. They need to update their website everyday. The only thing good was the sales lady. She was very nice but they didn't check in my glasses so never got a call that they were ready.

Love this place everyone is friendly they go out of their way to help you. My go to place for glasses very quick in getting the glasses which is a big plus. Thank you Alecia in helping me with the best plan since not having vision insurance. Appreciated it. Will definitely recommend. Summit Mall location.

I would appreciate a more accurate estimate of the processing time for glasses' arrival. This would eliminate making unnecessary pickup arrangements that are not even valid. It would also eliminate the unnecessary guessing.

What an amazing staff. I never do reviews but I felt impelled to. I can’t begin to explain how patient and fun the staff is and I need to give a big thank you to Dr. Griffin. She was sweet and attentive, I don’t want to be too over dramatic but I can’t remember the last time I was able to see this well from my contacts. She made sure I was comfortable with my vision and if there were any grey areas she should know about. Which is what you expect from a doctor but she took that extra step to ask instead of telling me what I should be seeing which makes a big difference. Thank you Dr. Griffin and the wonderful staff of women that were helping me with my glasses and making me laugh in the process. It’s safe to say after 18 years of wearing glasses and contacts that I found my permanent vision center. If you are looking for a new place, this is it. Go check them out!

Second year in a row of using this facility. It was a different doctor this year, but we have liked both a lot. Today's visit for my daughter was nice. The doctor was very patient to get her just the right script. Not many people are so patient and careful. Also, they do not pressure you if you don't wish to buy glasses right at the moment you get the script done. They also don't pressure you for additional services like some other chains do. I appreciate this greatly.
