I am employee at the Metro Cuyahoga Community College. I would like to commend Angela (manager), Steve, Paul, and Jason. They are pick up our materials to be shred like clock work. Excellent customer service. The are polite courteous and friendly. During the start of COVID-19, when the College was working hybrid, they took the time to explain because that because the hours of the College had changed they were only coming once a month. When, I explained to them that one of our office was being cleaned out and had an excessive amount of paper work to be shredded, they went exactly to the office to investigate. It is a privilege to work with people, who really care about the job they are doing and the service that they offer. Keep up the great job you are doing! I appreciate all of you!

Getting 15 bankers boxes shredded was incredibly frustrating until we called these folks. Six "services" never called us back, one had "system problems" for over a week and the big in store shredding said "there is no bulk shredding in Ann Arbor". In 2021 speak that means "I don't have a clue but let me offer worthless advice"

But on to AllShred. They were great, responsive, communicated really well and were professional. I only wish we had called them first. (they don't show up readily in most searches) Thank you for taking a big load off (literally and figuratively) as our move date is closing in.
