Vitality Athletic Center reviews
6There is so much diversity on the classes and skill levels that are offered to kids both big and small. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. You get what you pay for. Very pleased with our experience!
We love Vitality! We've been members for a few years but have only been to the new gym once. It was very nice & spacious! I know back when I did gymnastics and tumbling, I would've loved to have had a space/equipment like that. The staff has always been helpful and responsive to emails. We recommend Vitality to anyone who asks for gymnastics recommendations!
Not completely sold on this place yet. The lady who works at the front desk tends to always be in a bad mood and can be quite rude. Program for the girls seems pretty good and they progress quickly, but if you enroll your kid in the boys class it's a bit of a joke. Instructer for the boys is consistenly late, disorganized, and doesn't seem to he teach much of anything. Maybe the ninja class would be a little better when it opens up?
Very good coaching and nice gym I would recommend for if your trying to find a new gym or getting into gymnastics
Rude and unprofessional over charged my debit card [didn't refund it] and then didnt allow my daughter to even attend the classes! Would not recommend
They have a brand new facility on Haughn Road. We attended less than half of our first class-which cost us over $70 for three children.
Our three 2 year olds were in the 2Pea class. They started the class late. It's only 30 minutes. There is a LOT going on in the building. Imagine an open gym and trying to keep toddlers in a separate area with open doors everywhere and no true dividers or walls to keep the classes separate.
Staff was friendly. It just didn't work for our family at all. They have a no refund policy so make sure your kid or kids are ready for this type of environment. Also, their policy says you have to EMAIL them to cancel future payments-just FYI!
