Dr. Conti is the best. Great staff. I've been going here for almost 10 years now. Excellent professional practice. They explain what they're doing. Dr. Conti answers all the questions you have and makes you feel like you you're his only patient. They are super people. I have recommended this practice to my friends that need a retinal specialist.

I was seen on an emergency basis, as I'm from out of town. Everyone treated me professionally and thoroughly answered my questions. Dr. Gersman was exceedingly kind and patient, as was Ashley the support technician. I was grateful that they could help me in an emergency.

I had emergency retinal tear laser repair surgery over 6 years ago by Dr. Pachydaki. The work was done professionally. Now, I need cataract surgery and the cataract physician requested that my retina be checked before proceeding. Dr. Pachydaki repeated her excellent service. She made a through evaluation and presented the results to me and my spouse clearly. All questions were answered completely. Because of Dr. Pachydaki's excellent work over 6 years ago, my cataract removal will go ahead. If needed, I would return to Dr. Pachydaki and her support staff in the future. I recommend her to everyone!

I had a great experience with Dr. Pachydaki at the Vitreo-Retinal Consultants. I was overwhelmed finding out I had a macular hole and she did a fabulous job repairing it. The surgery was successful. Prayers for everyone who has these eye problems to take on. Prayers for the doctors who help us!

Dr. Gersman has been wonderful to me. He is extremely professional, is always there when I need him, and gets me in quickly. I’m always happy with the staff.

I’m very impressed with how efficient this practice is. There are no delays most of the time when you show up for appointment which makes it easier to plan the rest of my day. Dr. Gersman is very good at what he does, and the staff seem to know what they’re doing to make your visit quick and productive. I hate it when you go to a doctor's appointment where you only see doc for maybe ten minutes but you spend an hour or more just waiting around. Dr. Gersman greets you and gets right to taking care of you with his team of helpful techs. One of the best run clinics I have ever been to.

I’ve been a patient for more than 30 years, and vist has always been wonderful. The staff has always been so kind and professional and Dr. Gersman always has you best interest in mind. He always explains everything, is quick, and communicates well with my other doctors.

Everyone has been very personable here. They answer my questions and are straight forward. Dr. Gersman has a very excellent bedside manner and gets right to the point. He gives you the options of what could happen, and gives you a choice of how you'd like to move forward with your care. He also has a good sense of humor!
