Volunteers of America Thrift Store- Pickerington reviews
10I absolutely love this store! Very well organized and they always have a great selection. They have some really great employees there too. I was super excited to see that Tammy was back! That girl is always in a great mood, always happy to help and usually has a compliment or a joke to brighten my day. She's the best!
Their people are very kind, their prices are atrocious. For example, $19.99 for a Kirkland brand jacket. You can buy the same jacket at Costco for that same price. Their coat prices are highway robbery.
By far my favorite thrift store, most the staff ifs very friendly and helpful. Store is always well kept they've even started sorting the clothes by size which is sooo much better. Ive bought all my clothes name brand others not but all in like new if not new condition no one's ever guessed I get my clothes from a thrift shop. VOA in Pickerington is hands down the cheapest thrift store in all of the Columbus and Surrounding areas and I'd know bc I've been to almost all of them! I def recommend visiting this location as you won't be disappointed!
I like this thrift store. The only thing I didn’t like is the clothes are not separated by size. This keeps me from buying any clothing here. I can not stand long periods of time so just going straight to my size is most helpful
Beautiful store with a great selection of items and clothing. We were so disappointed that clothing wasn't separated by size; which is absolutely ridiculous. I hope they realize that doing this would help them sell far more clothes. Good grief! We won't be back because it's too hard to find the sizes we need. This is the first bad review I've ever made.
Enjoy this location. They get new items all the time. I like the fitting rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Very friendly employees. The place is very neat and organized. Staff are friendly and courteous.
My wife and I shop at the Volunteers of America Thift in Pickerington twice a month. We pretty much find something someone is in need of within our family or friends. VOA Thift is our go to place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and now a part of our family. We love their hard work and willingness to help you. VOA has good prices and good name brand merchandice for a fraction of the price of new. You can't even beat their prices with a stick. We also like that VOA helps Veterans and programs with proceeds of the sales. They're very reasonable and cost effective for one on a budget. On top of all that they also give Military members and Veterans discounts on all purchases with proper ID. VOA Thift is a big part of our ministry to help others and they are a big blessing to us. Give them a visit. We will see you there.
I'm not sure if this location is higher because of the area or because of the holidays. Pricing was not reasonable at all.
Was shocked to find an actual Thrift Store with low prices (didnt know they exist anymore) at this location! This location is clean, friendly service, and fun and exciting items! My new " go to" thrift location!
