Very nice thrift store. Think the prices are fair and love shopping here. Never had a problem with any of the employees. They all are very nice to me and my mother when we come rather it’s day or evenings. Love they have dressing rooms as some don’t. And glad you can plug things in to try them out. Also glad they have a public bathroom. I’ve been to some that you had to leave and go down the street just to find a bathroom. I always seem to find what I’m looking for while there. I can spend hrs looking through the clothes and items here.

We have been there twice.the first to buy work jeans for my husband. The cashier was extremelt rude. Not sure what we did to her. The second time was when I recently retired and cleaned out 7 large bags of clothes and shoes. I pulled up and started to pull out bags. A gentleman asked me if I needed a receipt. I said yes please so he filled it out, handed to me, said thank you and walked back in.no offer to help pull out the other bags. Every other charity organization have always helped unload. Guess I'll go back tothose.

Such friendly staff! There is a young man, I think his name is Matt, anyways he was so helpful and friendly.

Their prices are better than goodwiLL, but so many wrinkled button dress shirts! Can they not have someone in the back room use a HOT IRON to fix this? Shirts SELL without wrinkles! Also be advised as to the VERY HIGH CRIME on west broad street, do NOT go to this store after dark for any reason.

The store it's self isn't bad. However the rude workers are horrible. As I'm standing in line to check out. The cashier makes a comment about my shirt and shorts. Grow up LADY. I'll never go back in that store EVER.

Great selection of clothing, organized by color and not by size. This normally turns a lot of people off, but VOA has the best clothes and makes it worth the trip everytime. It not being organized by size makes it difficult and time consuming, my only complaint.

Absolute best store that happens to be thrift. Most of my clothes and furniture and decorations come from here. I moved to the east side and I miss this place so much! It's the only good thing about the west side.

Competitive prices, wide selection, the customer service isn't the best always but, I can look past that for the great prices

Great store. Love the $1.99 clothing and good pricing in general. However, is there a way you could have the staff really take the time to vacuum around the fitting rooms, cash registers, and the vending machine area? Also the entrance is usually full of litter. The prices and quality are great though. This is true for all of the other VOAs, which are great.

People are always rude except if they are younger. Mostly. Most of the clothes are okay but the other stuff be careful it's dirty and stuff

Great selection and there is a regular car auction available every few weeks. If you like thrift stores make this one a priority! I found a great pair of shoes here

Store was very nice, clean and organized, I found alot of things and prices were really good. Employees were very helpful especially the little older guy, who sets out the big items. I will be returning, Thank you!

I love this thrift store! They always have a clean and well organized selection of pocket ($) friendly items. In the past year I truly have bought some of my favorite clothes and most unique home decor.

Great prices. Never know what is going to be there of course, but always a wide selection. Auto auction sight is attached.

You can find a lots of used things, like clothes, shoes, some appliances and much more. The prices are accessible for everyone.

Great item stock and good turn over. Their "as-is" warranty on items ment I had to hot wire a microwave, stick wires in outlet without a plug, in store to see if it worked since there is no return on items and microwave didn't have a plug just bare wires.
