I'm retired and a better than average mechanic myself. I know when Voss says something needs to be done on my vehicle, it does. Honest straightforward no games just let you know what needs fixed, if anything, get it done right dealership.

Everyone was amazing and patient. They worked hard to get use a loan to get our new car. They went above and beyond in every way they could. We truly appreciate everything and everyone.

Oil change service include tire rotation. It is a best value compared to quick oil change places. Additionally, GM Mechanics are working on your car and are trained on it specifically.

This was my very first oil change for my 2021 Traverse. I was waited on immediately when I brought my car in the garage. I was told there were a few cars in front of me and the gentleman gave me a realistic time frame of how long I'd have to wait. It was longer than I wanted to wait, but my car was ready exactly when they told me it was going to be ready and I appreciated that. I'm unable to wear a mask and no one gave me a hard time about it or mentioned it at all. They served me like a normal customer, let me sit in a chair in the waiting room in the garage and came to get me when it was done. It was a great experience and I'll continue to use Voss for my maintenance.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I found this vehicle online and flew up from Memphis. When I got here the car was in the exact shape that the salesman (Derrick) had described. They were super nice, and just a pleasure to work with!

Had transmission services including filter and pan gasket, 3 days after getting truck back from voss I checked the fluid, over full, went back and they took 1.5 quarts out, then about ten days later bolts started falling out of transmission pan, I'm not even going back to have them fix their mistakes, going to another service shop, you should too.

Been coming here for years and we've never had any issues. Everyone is always really nice and the waiting room is big and comfortable if you're waiting.

I love Voss Chevy. AJ from sales and the entire team is always wonderful. This is not a paid ad. I honestly feel this way. You can trust AJ and the Voss team. Great people who work hard to make you happy.

I've owned a lot of cars in my life and there was a time when GM and most American we're not the best choice, but honestly, this is our 4th Chevy from Voss and they are terrific. No problems whatsoever.

Recently purchased a vehicle from their used car lot. The car is fine but I just looked at the contract and saw that there was something like tire protection or something like that on there for a decent chunk of change. If you buy from here make sure you ask and be thorough so you don't get things tacked on without you realizing like it happened to me. Again I take blame for my part in not being on the lookout as I should have.

Edit: I contacted them and went over everything. They've offered a partial refund of what was charged for the tire care package.

Fantastic experience purchasing my new Corvette. Working with Pete Mishos and Curtis Evans far exceeded any prior new car purchases. They went beyond the call of duty every time I had requests that some would consider picky or unreasonable.

We just purchased our 3rd vehicle from here. The sales people are great to deal with. Not pushy, yet attentive. Our last purchase was basically done by email and phone. Once we arrived at the dealership everything was exactly as promised. We couldn't have been more pleased with the everything. Curtis Evan's was great.

Unless it's under warranty Do Not Let Voss touch it. I asked them to inspect my Corvette and they said it's good. They didn't even check it! I needed ball joints replaced, rear diff was leaking, valve cover leaking, and passenger side door rods needed replaced. Also missing a lug nut on my 2015 Silverado. Thanks vos

I really booked an appointment today at 6: 30pm to test drive the Ford Mustang 2017.but I don't know it was that far from my place to reach the dealer.after I see that location I thought to cancel the appointment.at the same time they called me about the appointment. In the call I'm trying to give some epxplonation about that.he just hang up the phone.and I feel very awkward and insulted.this dealers have no patience to have a word for customers and they are really concerned about their work hours

Brought my truck in for repairs that were covered by the warranty I purchased with my truck. They fixed the issues that were existing as well as some issues they pointed out. The service staff was great. However, less than 24 hours after picking my truck up from service all new issues started happening.

In addition to the new issues I now had they also overlooked certain issues I had already pointed out during my original repair. Unfortunately I trusted the staff who was too busy to go over all the items they repaired and just assumed they fixed all the issues that were addressed when I dropped off my truck. Less than 24 hours after I picked up my truck the check engine light starts coming on so I had to bring it right back up to Voss to see what was going on. They were happy to make the repairs and charge me the warranty deductible all over again stating these were new issues and would need to be serviced under a separate claim with an additional deductible payment. I would have been glad to pay for additional repairs if weeks or months has passed, but to give me back my truck only to have new issues arise not even 24 hours later and then charge me again for the deductible I just paid was ridiculous. The service manager was rude and didn’t care at all about the fact that these new issues came about only after they began replacing parts I never asked to be replaced in the first place. I will NEVER bring my truck back here, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Voss. Horrible scam artists trying to make a fast buck. Make sure to triple check their work if you bring your vehicle in for service because they will rip you off with a smile on their faces.

Sales team is decent, unfortunately the service group tarnishes the entire Voss name. 15 hours in the shop over 2 days, multiple misdiagnoses for simple front-end vibration, no loaner vehicle resulting in 7 trips back and forth. This is 2 months after buying a certified vehicle complete with the extended bumper to bumper warranty. Still not fixed due to not having the appropriate internal sign-offs.literally one person won't walk across the street and ask the other person to get approval, all the while the customer just sits there and waits. Leaving my pregnant wife sitting there all day, they should be ashamed of themselves. Service manager offered nothing but excuses, quoting their "usually high" customer service ratings through utter condescension. Totally unprofessional and I'd stay away at all costs!
