If your looking for a Cadillac then this is the place to go! My father had purchased all is Cadillac's from this Dealership and was never disappointed. He now has passed his legacy down to me! I have had nothing but great service since joining the Voss Cadillac Team! I will be bringing my XT5 in for all its oil changes and service! Keep up the Great Customer Service.

Excellent Service and professionalism.
I was an a business trip fa away from home and ran into some issues with my CTS4. Stopped at local Cadillac dealer Voss Village Cadillac, where I was greeted by Paul K. Paul and Derrik S.were very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem and got me on my way. Thank you both for your help. People like you are the reason customers keep coming back to the same dealer. I know I will.

Great team and service! We ordered a car from out of state and handled all of the details before arrival to pick up the vehicle. Their team was SO pleasant and helpful and made the arrival of our new car that much more enjoyable. They taught us how to use all the features and functions of the vehicle, as well as, answered every question (and text) with a smile and positive attitude!

Nich Wood was our salesman and did a fantastic job facilitating our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, never pushy, and went out of his way to address all questions and concerns throughout the process. This was by far the best car buying experience I had ever been involved with. Highly recommended!

I always dread shopping at dealerships but I had an excellent experience here. Ask for Bernard- he’s the man!

Yesterday my car overheated and I was quite a ways out of town. It was almost five and the service department closes at six. I contacted the service manager, Mara Jones about my problem. She quickly contacted Sandy’s towing and arranged a tow for me. The tow truck was at my vehicle within an hour. She did a great job in assisting me and kept me informed through the process. Thank you to everyone at Voss Cadillac for helping me out in a bad situation!

Horrible customer service in their service department! I took my Escalade in for service on Monday 10/25 for oil change, parking assist warning issue and rear seat issue. No loaner car available. No communication from them without me calling for updates. Monday at 5pm advised oil change done, part for seat ordered and would be there next day, technician unable to identify park assist problem. Tuesday no update until I called at end of day, part would be On Wednesday 10/27. Wednesday seat part was in but having issues figuring out park assist problem. Our service advisor Wade told me he needed to keep the vehicle but could provide a loaner car now. At dealership at 2pm to pick up loaner. While Wade was filling out loaner paperwork with me the service manager approached, put her hand on the paperwork to stop Wade from filling it out saying "this car will be done today"! Wade continued to fill out paperwork to which she repeated herself that my car would be done today therefore we didn't need the loaner. Wade completed the paper work and issued me a loaner car. At the end of the day no communication from them. Thursday no communication. Friday morning I received a call from Wade informing me that they had identified the park assist problem and had fixed it, he then asked if we noticed a service message on the dash. There was never a service message prior to bringing the car in and was never mentioned when we brought the car in. I did not hear from anyone the rest of the day. 12pm Monday 11/1 I called Wade to get an update, he did not answer so I left a voicemail. Within 5 minutes I received a text from Voss asking for permission to replace a $900 sensor. I called Wade to get clarification on this. Wade said that there is a connector cracked on a sensor causing the service message. He informed me the replacement part was $369 and 3 hours labor. I questioned the fact that my vehicle arrived at Voss without an issue with this sensor, they had my vehicle for a week and now after fixing a park assist sensor I now have a separate sensor that has a cracked connector. I expressed my concern that the technician may have broken the connector while repairing the other sensor. Wade referred me to the service manager. The service manager was the same woman who tried to prevent us from receiving the loaner car. She was very rude and condescending during this conversation. She couldn't nor would she give me an explanation as to how they had my car for a week trying to diagnose the park assist issue and never mentioned the service message about the cracked sensor. Her stance was defensive telling me that they have cameras in the service department and all the employee's go through background checks prior to hiring. I never made an accusation that someone stole anything, my concern was about a part being accidentally damaged while repairing the other sensor. I agreed to pay for the repair because I needed/wanted my vehicle back. The service received from Voss was beyond disappointing. The service manager has absolutely no people skills.

What a disappointment, avoid this place at all costs
I just left Voss Cadillac, trying to buy a new Escalade and
Everything was going well - Nick my salesman was friendly, easy to talk too and then someone evaluated my trade and it was Was horribly low - I was shocked to say the least.
60,000.00 on my trade. I knew we couldn’t make a deal
And I wanted to leave but Nick ask me to wait and see his boss. This guy wanted to argue and then got just got up walked away? This was amazing, no customer service ethics - and it must be more the norm at Voss
Because then the General manager came over and
Just defended his position asking me if I had been anywhere else, and I had not, so I drove straight to the
Other Cadillac dealer in town and they valued my trade
At 75,000.00 - wow what a difference -
I was treated like a customer and the pricing was completely fair - no one was upset and they actually cared that I might be a repeat customer-

So buyer beware at Voss Cadillac and do your Cadillac shopping on the other side of town!

The people are friendly and nice and your appointment reminders are great. What this group doesn't have is a sense of urgency and lack on timely communication if you call to get a status of what should have been a routine maintenance item. I have been a loyal customer but unfortunately the service has declined and doesn't put them at an advantage. Hopefully things improve as we get on the other side of this pandemic.

We had an excellent experience here. From the initial greeting on a Saturday morning to walking out the door with the keys the following Monday, the process was efficient, the salesman, Tim Mark, was friendly and personable, and Kevin the finance man was upfront and explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend Voss Village Cadillac!

Terrible experience, if I could give negative 5 stars I would. I have always considered Voss Cadillac as one of the premier Cadillac dealers in the area until my recent experience. What I experienced was all around bad business and major lack of customer service care, lack of experience from my service consultant and false labor charges. My car sat at the dealer for 4 days before any diagnostic was done. It took me calling the service dept on the afternoon of the 4th day to check the status for mw to get an update. The consultant let me know what they found wrong with the car that needed fixed and and told me it was covered under my warranty. NEVER was I told about a labor charge for diagnosis of one of the issues I brought the car in for that didn't get fixed, but got the bill at pick up for said labor and told by the consultant that this was the cost of the technicians time for the diagnosis. Like I told the consultant walking out the service dept bad bad bad business.

We were treated very well by Nick Woods, and he is very professional and knowledgeable about the Cadillac escalade that purchased.

I have purchased vehicles from Voss and had my service done at Voss. They do what they say they will do, they do it on time, they have always been professional and friendly. I could not ask for more from them.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was very very pleased with not only the car but the service I received at Voss. Prior to buying from Voss, I went to a Ma and Pa dealership. Long story short it was very shady and a waste of time.

So I was a little skeptical to look at another vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my salesman, Nich, who reached out to me as soon as I was interested in one of their vehicles. We scheduled an appointment and always keep me updated on the availability prior to it. On top of that, he answered all my questions about the vehicle prior to looking at it.

When I went to look at it, he was very laid-back. I’m a sales person myself and I appreciated that he didn’t vulture over me. He wasn’t pushy and made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me a great deal and a great trade-in value as well.

After driving home with my new used Cadillac, I noticed that the passenger headlight went out after I bought it within a few hours. I emailed him at 10: 30 PM that night asking him to call me the next day so we can get it figured out. He called me 15 minutes later after that email (which I was not expecting at all) and told me to bring it on my next day off to get it taken care of. He apologized and told me that’s a dealership would cover it.

Today, I went to the dealership and Nich was waiting for me at the service counter. He got me in line and stuck with me until my car was taken back. He even talked with me about cars while my car was being serviced. Stuck with me until my lightbulb was replaced by the dealership.

All in all this was an excellent experience. The car is obviously great but the customer service is what stood out the most. Make sure you ask for Nich when you want to buy your next vehicle! Thank you Voss village Cadillac & thank you, Nich!

I had to take my grandparents ATS in last week to have the Cue screen fixed. Very fast and friendly. My grandparents were extremely pleased with the end result.
