I have had several good experiences at WT&M. They fixed my Echo string trimmer, and I also bought a new one there. I recently needed some o-rings for a power washer I bought - the tech saw what I needed, went back and got his pick and a box of O-rings, cleaned the grooves out and installed them. He knew exactly what I needed and took the initiative to satisfy a customer. Saved me a lot of time and runaround. Great service, very nice people.

They used to be very good. We always took our lawn mower there. This year, under new ownership, it was shipped off to someplace in uniontown and they have had it for almost a month and haven't looked at it yet. At this point we won't have it back until the end of summer. Sorry but I can't give a good rating as much as I'd like to.

Very nice people very knowledgeable, and very busy, it takes awhile to get a repair done, but the work is great.

They sell commercial brand mowers here. I bought a 2019 Exmark Commercial S-series 30 inch mower with a Kawasaki engine half a year ago, still holding up well.

I purchased an ECO model TC-10 rototiller with a 5-year warranty less than 2 years ago from Wadsworth Tractor & Mower. It was very hard to start after I used it for only a few months, so I took it back to them for repair. They fixed it for free under warranty. This summer, 2020, it again refused to start just when I needed it most for my garden. I was told it would be at least a 2-week wait until they could look at it.

After waiting, when I went to pick it up they charged me $50 to "flush the carburetor", and they claimed the 5-yr warranty did not apply because the gas was "stale". I insisted the gas was fresh and gave me no problems when used in all my other equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, chain saw). They went on to say that the gas should not even be left in the tank for even a month.

If this is true, then the manufacturer should so state it in the operator's manual, which they do not.

Needless to say, I strongly advise anyone else to avoid buying an ECO model TC-10 rototiller, and further patronizing Wadsworth Tractor & Mower who fails to honor the manufacturers warranty.

These are also sold at the big box store for less money, but I thought I would spend a little more in case I had service problems. Lot of good that did me.

I see this business has historically a lot of good reviews. However, I think there was a recent change in ownership since I bought the tiller in 2018.

I’ve been using Wadsworth Tractor for years. But always for a specific problem. Recently I sent my tractor in because it was running poorly. They suggested a thorough going over / tune up.
When I got the bill I slightly cringed. However it turned out to be a value. Money very well spent.
The mower runs perfectly but what surprised me was how much better it cut.
I never write reviews, at least not positive ones. I did today because as easy as it is to complain it's also important to compliment good trustworthy work.

My go to place for small engine items. They have fixed or had parts for every problem I had. Prices have been awesome as well.

I have been doing business with them for 30 yrs. The only place to go for all your lawn and garden needs. Bought it for 100.00 plus a new transmission for 400.00, and I'm mowing again.
